The episode opens with Neel, disguised as a delivery boy, making his way into a house. He calls out to Shalu, who is taken aback and demands to know how he knows her name. Neel cryptically warns her, “I have a message for you — don’t marry Ayush, or you’ll regret it.” Alarmed, Shalu immediately tries to contact Ayush, but Neel makes a quick escape. Confused and anxious, she suspects that Anushka might have sent him to intimidate her.
At the same time, Malishka is on the phone with Balwinder, who arrives to meet her. When the doctor shows up and questions Malishka about her absence the previous day, an anxious Balwinder asks about the baby’s condition. The doctor looks puzzled and asks Balwinder who he is. Floundering, Balwinder stammers that he is the baby’s… The doctor then turns to Malishka, asking, “But you told me Rishi is the baby’s father, didn’t you?”
Anushka, meanwhile, is waiting for Neel, but when she opens the door, she is jolted to find Shalu there instead. Around the same time, Ayush and Rishi enter a meeting room to start their discussions. Anushka questions Shalu’s unexpected visit, and Shalu, with a sly smile, claims she’s there to befriend her. This angers Anushka, who accuses Shalu of being afraid of Neel and seeking answers. Realizing the implications, Shalu retorts, “So, Neel came to threaten me? Thanks for confirming that.” Feeling cornered, Anushka warns Shalu to keep her distance.
Back at the hospital, Malishka tells a blatant lie to the doctor, claiming that Balwinder’s real name is Rishi. Just then, Kiran calls her, informing Malishka that she’s on her way to the hospital. Malishka quickly reassures her that she’s alright and asks her not to come. Although Kiran agrees, she insists that Malishka should stop worrying about Balwinder, promising to manage the situation. Malishka, feeling the pressure, thinks to herself that Balwinder is becoming an even bigger issue than she had expected.
In a twist of fate, Shalu thanks Anushka sarcastically for being so unpleasant, as it has inadvertently brought her closer to Ayush and his family. She joyfully announces her engagement to Ayush, inviting Anushka to attend the celebration. Anushka, enraged, tears up the invitation and shouts, “How dare you?” Unfazed, Shalu firmly stands her ground, asserting that Anushka should stay out of her engagement.
Meanwhile, Lakshmi catches sight of Malishka entering the hospital and attempts to follow her, but the guard blocks her, stating she can’t enter without an appointment. Undeterred, Lakshmi adopts a disguise as a doctor, complete with a lab coat, stethoscope, and face mask to sneak in.
Inside the doctor’s office, the doctor asks Balwinder if he is ready to see the baby on the sonogram, and he eagerly nods, overwhelmed with emotion as he watches the video. Malishka, observing him, grows increasingly uncomfortable, fearing that he is becoming too attached to their child. The doctor suggests Balwinder hold Malishka’s hand for support, which he does eagerly, while Malishka hides her frustration.
Outside, Lakshmi spies through the glass window and sees a figure holding Malishka’s hand, mistakenly believing it to be Rishi. Heartbroken, she quickly calls him. Rishi, still in the meeting, ignores the call. Suspicious, Lakshmi attempts a video call, which prompts Rishi to step out of the meeting to answer. When she confronts him, accusing him of deception, Rishi, confused, shows her the meeting room, proving he has been there all along.
Realizing that someone else is with Malishka in the doctor’s cabin, Lakshmi is left utterly shocked, setting the stage for heightened tension and intrigue as the episode comes to a close.
