The episode opens with Virat gripping the barrel of a gun, challenging the terrorist not to touch Amruta. She grows increasingly anxious about Virat’s well-being, but he swiftly overcomes the terrorist. Enraged, Virat demands to know how the terrorist could dare to harm Amruta, sparking memories of when he had once defended her.
Soon after, Virat and Amruta share a deep gaze, lost in the moment. Meanwhile, the terrorist seizes this distraction, snatching the gun with the intent to shoot Amruta to teach Virat a lesson. As he pulls the trigger, Virat flashes back to his past and instinctively steps in front of Amruta, taking the bullet for her. The police apprehend the terrorist, while Amruta hastily rushes to Virat as he collapses. Ranvir begins to recover memories of his past as Virat before losing consciousness, and Amruta desperately calls for medical help.
Amruta notifies Dildar that Virat has been shot and is at the city hospital. Nimrit remembers Anjali’s comments about how Virat always risks his life for Amruta.
In another location, Abhir informs Manvi that Virat has been admitted to the hospital and insists they must stop him from regaining his memories. Manvi agrees and produces a memory-inhibiting injection, asserting they must use it to prevent Virat from remembering.
At the hospital, Amruta stays close to Virat, who asks her what she would do without him, reminding her how he saved her both in the bank and on the plane. Believing Virat has regained his memories, Amruta feels elated, but he is soon whisked away for surgery.

Meanwhile, Manvi sneaks into Virat’s room disguised as a nurse, planning to administer the memory-inhibiting drug. However, she spots Amruta in the room. Harsh, noticing Manvi, intervenes, claiming he sent the nurse to check on Virat. He then requests Amruta to step outside for a conversation. Trusting him, Amruta takes a final look at Virat before leaving.
In a swift move, Manvi injects the memory-blocking medication into Virat’s IV drip, determined to keep him from remembering his past until she can carry out her revenge against the Ahuja family.
