The Zee TV show Bhagya Lakshmi has captivated audiences for the past ten years, with the last three and a half years focusing on the tumultuous journey of Rishi (Rohit Suchanti) and Lakshmi (Aishwarya Khare). Produced by Ekta Kapoor under Balaji Telefilms, the current storyline sees Rishi breaking open a cold storage door to rescue Lakshmi, much to Malishka’s frustration.
In the upcoming episode, Rishi successfully pulls Lakshmi out, and doctors rush her for treatment. Overwhelmed by Lakshmi’s deteriorating health, Rishi is left devastated, with Aayush and Shalu offering him consolation. Meanwhile, Malishka contacts Kiran to update her on Lakshmi’s situation. Kiran points out the strength of Lakshmi’s ‘Bhagya’ and advises Malishka to step back. However, Malishka remains determined, frustrated, and plots to drive a wedge between Rishi and Lakshmi, vowing not to rest until she achieves her goal.
Later, the doctor emerges to share updates on Lakshmi’s condition. She informs Neelam that Lakshmi’s organs are functioning slowly, putting her in a critical state. The doctor also expresses concern that Lakshmi might develop hypothermia, which could pose a serious risk to her life.
