**Bhagya Lakshmi**, the popular Zee TV show produced by Ekta Kapoor under Balaji Telefilms, continues to captivate audiences with the dramatic twists in the lives of Rishi (Rohit Suchanti) and Lakshmi (Aishwarya Khare). Currently, Lakshmi is distressed as she keeps her pregnancy a secret from Rishi. During a phone call, Shalu inquires if Rishi has checked Lakshmi’s medical report, but their conversation is abruptly cut off due to network issues.
