The episode opens with Alka and Megha engaged in a light-hearted conversation. Alka reminds Megha that for the past seven years, she has been receiving flowers, and this year will be no different. As they chat, Alka instructs Mannu that it’s time to eat. Mannu, eager for companionship, asks Megha to join them for the meal. Alka assures him that Megha will indeed come, and she gently guides him away.

Meanwhile, a tense scene unfolds with Ranjeeta, who is visibly shocked upon seeing a particular document. She confronts Kirpal, demanding to know what it is. Her anger escalates as she scolds him for arranging Megha’s death certificate, expressing her disbelief and concern. Kirpal, unfazed, argues that since there are no issues remaining, Ranjeeta and Surendar can now transfer the house into his name. In a fit of rage, Surendar retaliates by physically assaulting Kirpal.

Later, the focus shifts back to Megha, who is lovingly feeding Mannu. During their meal, Mannu expresses his feelings about Golu, a peer who has been teasing him about his appearance. He shares that Golu remarked he looks like a girl. In response, Megha questions why there should be anything wrong with being a girl. Mannu insists that boys are strong while girls are not. Megha counters this by pointing out that both she and Alka are strong, emphasizing her desire to instill a positive mindset in Mannu regarding gender equality. Mannu clarifies that he was referring to other girls, not his mother or Alka. He then expresses confusion about why Manoj scolds him when he shows his emotions.

Alka arrives just in time to reassure Mannu that Manoj is always right, declaring that Mannu is destined to become the king of Bandipur. Megha interjects, explaining that a true king should view everyone as equal. Alka, however, urges Megha not to influence Mannu too much, reminding her that Manoj will return in the evening.

Meanwhile, Kirpal confronts his parents, questioning why they are still holding out hope for Megha’s return, given that eight years have passed. He reminds them of the blame placed on Megha by Arjun’s family and insists they transfer the house to him, as he plans to settle down in Canada with Riya. Ranjeeta, angered by his remarks, tells him to be quiet, asserting that both Megha and Arjun are still alive. She reprimands Kirpal and refuses to sign the documents he has presented. Kirpal, undeterred, states that he will inherit the house after their deaths and reiterates his belief that Megha will not come back. He then tells Riya that they are running late for a movie.

Back with Megha and Alka, Megha suggests that they should allow Mannu the freedom to explore his own interests. Alka reminds her that tomorrow is Mannu’s eighth birthday, prompting Megha to reflect on the importance of revealing the truth to Mannu someday. She worries about how he might react if he doesn’t accept the truth. Alka suggests they postpone that conversation for now, insisting that they should keep Mannu away from Manoj, who might not react well.

The atmosphere lightens when Mannu enters wearing ghungroo, excitedly dancing. Megha smiles at his joy and joins him, followed by Alka as the upbeat “nachle” song plays in the background. However, the mood shifts dramatically when Manoj arrives and notices Mannu’s ghungroo. Mannu, frightened by Manoj’s presence, freezes. Manoj admonishes him, reminding him that he cannot dance and is about to strike him. Just in time, Megha intervenes, placing herself between Mannu and Manoj. Mannu, feeling guilty, apologizes to Manoj. Manoj, however, demands to know where the ghungroo came from. Megha defends Mannu, stating that the ghungroo belongs to her and that it was her idea for him to dance. This leads to a violent outburst from Manoj, who physically assaults Megha, causing Mannu to panic. As a punishment, Manoj declares that Megha will not be allowed to see Mannu for 12 hours and takes Mannu away, leaving Megha in a state of worry about the punishment Manoj might impose on her son.

Precap

In a chilling moment, Manoj leaves Mannu alone in the forest. Mannu, feeling abandoned and scared, calls out for his father, “Papa!” just as he finds himself in a dangerous situation. Fortunately, Arjun arrives in time to rescue Mannu, setting the stage for a dramatic turn of events.
