The episode begins with Aman joyfully preparing a meal for Anjali. As he works, Sapna walks in and is surprised to see him in the kitchen. She asks Aman why he is doing this. Aman responds that he’s noticed in many households, married women serve their husbands first before eating, but he wants to do things differently; he plans to serve Anjali first and then eat himself.
Just then, Raghav calls Aman to inquire about his activities. Aman tells him he’s making a meal for Anjali, but Raghav warns him that Anjali can either be the daughter-in-law of their house or face legal proceedings—she can’t have both. Aman confidently replies that Anjali can manage both situations and ends the call.
Mehek enters and asks Raghav what happened. Raghav tells her about Aman preparing a plate for Anjali, and Mehek is taken aback, realizing that no man in the Rajput family has ever done such a thing.
Later, Anjali comes home, and Aman serves her the meal he has prepared. She asks him what he’s doing, and he tells her he made the plate especially for her and urges her to eat, mentioning that he hasn’t had anything yet. Anjali is perplexed and reminded of their current status, but she stops herself when she notices Sapna watching. Sapna encourages Anjali to eat, emphasizing the love Aman put into the meal. With little choice, Anjali allows Aman to feed her.
Once Sapna leaves, Anjali expresses her conflicted feelings to Aman, unsure whether to be angry with him for bringing her into the Rajput mansion as a daughter-in-law or to thank him for the meal. Aman asks her simply to love him in return. Anjali smirks and replies that she will show him what love truly means, to which Aman eagerly closes his eyes in anticipation.
Anjali playfully grabs a chapati roller and gives Aman a light whack with it. He quickly darts away, trying to escape her playful antics. However, in their playful chase, Anjali accidentally trips and falls onto Aman in front of their neighbors, drawing attention to their playful scuffle. Aman seizes the moment and hands his phone to Padma, asking her to capture the moment for posterity. Padma agrees and snaps a picture of the fallen Anjali.
In a rush, Anjali chases Padma, demanding she delete the video of her tumble. Meanwhile, the neighborhood crowd gathers, excitedly showing Aman the photos they captured of the embarrassing incident, with Kavya witnessing the scene unfold.
In a separate setting, Kavya is on the phone with Chandraman, instructing him to invite Aman and Anjali over for the Lohri celebration, hinting at a darker plan to eliminate Anjali during the festivities. Chandraman agrees to carry out her request.
Later, Chandraman shares the sinister plot with Yuvraj, who takes it upon himself to organize all the necessary arrangements to ensure their plan goes smoothly. Chandraman is pleased with Yuvraj’s commitment.
Chandraman then calls Raghav, inviting him and insisting he bring Aman and Anjali to the Lohri festival, ominously stating that Anjali will not come back from the event. Raghav, unaware of the true intentions behind the invitation, agrees.
Meanwhile, Aman asks Anjali where she is headed, to which she defiantly reminds him that he has no right to question her. Aman then points out that she hasn’t worn the Sindhur or Mangalsutra, indicating their marital bond. Anjali retorts that she forgot because he isn’t really her husband. Aman insists on helping her and tries to apply Sindhur, but Anjali questions his right to do so. Aman quickly apologizes, acknowledging that he forgot they aren’t truly married, but adds that in his heart, she is his wife for all seven lifetimes.
