The nurse approaches the receptionist to obtain Rishi’s contact information. Malishka steps in, asserting that there’s no need to alert Rishi since Lakshmi intends to surprise him and the family with the pregnancy announcement later. The nurse, swayed, gives the reports to Malishka.
Rishi sits next to Lakshmi, urging her to wake up because he misses her dearly. The doctor observes Rishi’s steadfast love for Lakshmi and commends his dedication.
Intrigued by the hard drive, Balwinder connects it to a device and finds footage of Malishka trying to harm Lakshmi. Shocked and enraged, he decides to expose her and heads towards the hospital. However, his car breaks down on the way. He spots Anushka and Neel, explains the urgency, and asks for their assistance in getting to the hospital. They agree, and Anushka secretly calls Malishka to alert her. Malishka, however, brushes off the call.
Anushka continues to call and finally warns Malishka that Balwinder is on his way to reveal her actions, urging her to take care of the situation before it escalates.
At the hospital, Rishi reminisces about cherished moments with Lakshmi, pleading for her to stay with him. Touched by his words, Lakshmi slowly opens her eyes. Rishi, ecstatic, begs her not to shut her eyes again.
Balwinder arrives and confronts Malishka, grabbing her by the neck and demanding to know why she intended to kill Lakshmi. Before he could say more, Anushka strikes Balwinder from behind, knocking him unconscious. Malishka instructs them to dispose of Balwinder.
As Rishi comforts Lakshmi, assuring her he will always be by her side, Neel secures the unconscious Balwinder to a wheelchair. Malishka orders Anushka to hide Balwinder at her place. Anushka agrees but makes it clear that Malishka must return the favor when necessary. They strike a deal, solidifying their disturbing partnership.
