The episode opens with Rano approaching Neelam, complimenting her decision to arrange Ayush and Shalu’s marriage. Neelam responds that her actions are always aimed at ensuring the happiness of her family.
Meanwhile, Ayush inquires with Rishi about why Lakshmi wants to leave. Rishi explains that Lakshmi feels there’s no room for her in his life due to the events surrounding Malishka. Although Rishi is deeply in love with Lakshmi, he confesses he doesn’t know how to make her stay. Ayush suggests that Rishi should try to make Lakshmi jealous by getting closer to Malishka, and Rishi takes his advice to heart, deciding to go along with the plan.
Neelam reminds Shalu that they have jewelry shopping planned for the next day, and Rano chimes in, offering to pick Shalu up from their home. With that, Rano takes Shalu and heads out.
Neelam then reminds Rishi that he needs to take Malishka to her doctor’s appointment. Rishi agrees, and Neelam also asks Ayush to join them for the shopping trip. Ayush agrees and later invites Rishi to come along, to which Rishi responds that he will try to make it.
That night, Malishka has a disturbing nightmare where Garimacharya reveals the truth about her pregnancy to Rishi. Terrified, she calls Kiran to express her fear. Worried about Rishi discovering the truth of her pregnancy, Malishka contacts Kiran again. Kiran advises her to use a family obligation as an excuse to cancel the appointment. Malishka agrees to this plan.
As the day progresses, Lakshmi observes Malishka deliberately twist her ankle, pretending to be in pain to avoid the doctor’s visit. Sensing something is off, Lakshmi begins to suspect that Malishka might be faking her injury to prevent Rishi from accompanying her.
Rishi helps Malishka to the bed, and Neelam offers to call the doctor to their home, but Malishka declines, insisting she will see the doctor the following day. Rishi agrees to her wishes and leaves the room.
Later, Shalu finds Lakshmi deep in thought and prompts her to share what’s troubling her. Lakshmi reveals her suspicions regarding Malishka’s behavior. Shalu suggests that Malishka might be hiding something significant.
Ayush approaches Shalu wanting to talk, but she suddenly becomes shy and retreats, leaving him confused by her reaction. When Rishi asks Ayush what happened, Ayush shares Shalu’s unexpected shyness.
In another conversation, Shalu confides in Lakshmi about her feelings, admitting that she doesn’t understand why she felt bashful around Ayush. Rishi later explains to Ayush that Shalu’s behavior is a natural response to their impending marriage, teasing him about the shifting dynamics between them.
The episode concludes on a light note, with Rishi playfully ribbing Ayush about Shalu’s developing feelings.
