The episode opens with Deepika accusing Chirag of not trusting her. In response, Mishka tells Chirag that Deepika is attempting to sow discord between them. Lavanya confronts Chirag, questioning why he doesn’t trust his own daughter. Chirag defends Mishka, insisting that as a doctor, she saves lives and would never harm Deepika. He demands that Deepika apologize to Mishka immediately.
Meanwhile, Janvi decides to leave the house after Lavanya disowns her baby in favor of property. Prithvi tries to convince her to stay, but in the struggle, Janvi accidentally falls and collides with the sofa.
Deepika tells Chirag she will not remain under the same roof as him and intends to take her daughter home. As they leave, Chirag holds Mishka’s hand and exits.
Lavanya visits Janvi, who is now hospitalized. Chirag learns from the doctor that Janvi is facing serious complications; in extreme cases, only one of them—mother or child—can survive. She entrusts Baldev with the care of Ragini and Chandu while she’s away.
The doctor advises Prithvi to take special care of Janvi due to the high-risk nature of her pregnancy. Deepika offers to look after Janvi and encourages her to set aside their differences. He tells Mishka he intends to forget everything and prove Deepika is a liar by being ready for a DNA test. This revelation sends a wave of fear through Mishka, worried about the truth coming to light.
