The episode opens with a tense atmosphere as Jhanak urges Rishi to go and talk to Aditi, who is clearly upset. Payal interjects, asking Jhanak not to interfere in what she considers family matters, emphasizing that the situation should be handled internally. However, Jhanak insists that her intentions are solely for Aditi’s benefit, wanting to ensure that Aditi is okay. Neelu chimes in, telling Jhanak that she doesn’t need to concern herself with Aditi’s problems, while Putul advises Jhanak to stop worrying about others and focus on her own life. Frustrated, Jhanak declares that she plans to leave the house the next day, asserting that Rishi should not try to stop her this time.
Rishi responds with a mix of concern and determination, reminding Jhanak that she needs to return to Kolkata after securing her college admission. Jhanak, however, insists that he should focus on Aditi instead of her plans. Rishi reassures her that he is proud of her accomplishments and is genuinely happy for her, attempting to uplift her spirits amidst the chaos.
Indumati, feeling hurt, expresses that despite showering Jhanak with love, they have only received betrayal in return. Dadabhai tries to counter this sentiment by urging Indumati to recognize the good qualities in Jhanak. Meanwhile, Tanushri points out that Aditi is feeling sad in her room, and she believes that Rishi is avoiding her because he is unable to confront her about the situation. Rishi, feeling defensive, asserts that he has never said he can’t face Aditi, claiming that he has done nothing wrong and therefore has no reason to be scared. Tanushri, however, is weary of explaining things to him, indicating that the emotional turmoil is taking its toll on everyone involved.
In a parallel scene, Aditi is seen writing a heartfelt letter to Rishi. In this letter, she reflects on her regrets, admitting that she should not have agreed to marry him after discovering the truth about his relationship with Jhanak. She comes to the painful realization that Rishi does not truly belong to her and that Jhanak will always be a presence in their lives. Overwhelmed by despair, Aditi expresses her belief that she cannot continue living with this heartache, ultimately deciding that death seems like the only escape. In her letter, she conveys her feelings of defeat, stating that she has lost the battle against Jhanak.
Back in the living room, Indumati tells Jhanak that she should go to Simulboni the following day. Jhanak affirms her intention to go, asserting that no one else should have to suffer because of her presence. She expresses her deep love for her family, but Neelu coldly responds that they do not need Jhanak’s love. Jhanak pleads with them to tolerate her for just one more night. Rishi, feeling the weight of the situation, mentions that he has important work to attend to and will speak with Aditi later. Neelu, however, expresses her sympathy for Aditi, prompting Rishi to defend himself, claiming that they are acting as if he is cheating on Aditi. He feels misunderstood and points out that no one trusts him.
Surjeet interjects, suggesting that Rishi’s actions do not align with his words, and advises Jhanak to learn to be independent. Feeling overwhelmed, Jhanak retreats into her room.
Inside, Aditi confronts Rishi, accusing him of betraying her trust. She cries as she expresses her regret for ever believing in him, questioning why this has happened to her when she has always tried to do right by others. Aditi feels deeply betrayed by both Rishi and her parents, believing that her death would not affect them. In a moment of desperation, she cuts her wrist and collapses, unconscious.
As the family discusses the unfolding drama, Dadabhai expresses his belief that Jhanak should leave the house for her own well-being. Putul agrees, stating that she cannot bear to see Jhanak being insulted. Indumati, however, counters that the family seems unable to see anyone’s pain except for Jhanak’s. She argues that Aditi is also suffering due to the turmoil caused by Jhanak’s presence. Surjeet adds that Aditi’s distress is compounded by the betrayal she feels from her parents. Neelu bluntly states that Jhanak is the root cause of all their problems, which prompts Rishi to defend Jhanak, asserting that Neelu has no right to speak ill of her.
Neelu retorts, claiming that Rishi has no issue with Putul’s presence. Rishi clarifies that Putul does not speak negatively about others, and he suggests that Neelu’s husband may be distancing himself from her because of her attitude. He advises Neelu to resolve her issues with her husband before it’s too late. Neelu is taken aback by Rishi’s comments, feeling insulted.
Indumati, feeling overwhelmed with emotion, tells Neelu to be quiet. She expresses her longing for her son, who has left, and retreats inside. Dadabhai reveals that his own son has gone abroad on this very day. He asks Putul to stay with Indumati for support. Putul, however, insists that Indumati should not be alone today and expresses hope that her brother will return one day. Jhanak overhears this conversation and feels a deep sense of empathy for both Dadabhai and Indumati, praying for her God to bring Dadabhai’s son back home safely.
Later, Tanushri approaches Neelu, asking her to bring Aditi downstairs. Neelu agrees and heads upstairs, knocking on Aditi’s door and urging her to open it. Payal arrives and joins in the effort, but they grow increasingly worried when Aditi does not respond. They return downstairs, where Neelu informs the family that Aditi is still not opening her door.
Amidst this turmoil, Jhanak reflects on her hopes for the future, wishing for admission to a good college and a hostel. She contemplates that if she leaves, it might allow Rishi and Aditi to find happiness together. Putul joins her, and Jhanak expresses her feelings of unworthiness, stating that she does not deserve to stay in the house any longer. She mentions the importance of thanking her teachers for their support. Putul reminds her that she must return to Kolkata to continue her studies, but Jhanak insists that while Kolkata is a good place for education, Simulboni is where she truly feels she belongs. Her thoughts drift back to Aditi, worrying about how Aditi will cope now that she has uncovered the truth about their shared past.
**Precap:** Rishi urgently tells Putul that they need O negative blood for Aditi, to which Putul quickly responds that Jhanak’s blood type is also O negative.
