The episode begins with Sowmya addressing an anonymous caller, requesting that they cease their daily disturbances to her family via the landline. In the background, a worker informs Mangal that the pooja samagri is prepared. Upon hearing Mangal’s name, Sowmya disconnects the call, indicating her desire to distance herself from the situation. Adit enters the hall and inquires about Sowmya’s actions, to which she responds that the landline is no longer necessary.

Mangal reflects on her recent attempt to reach out to Kusum and Ishana, hoping to share important information, only to be met with their refusal to engage. She resolves to purchase a house soon and bring her family home, expressing her contentment with merely hearing their voices in the meantime.

In her conversation with Adit, Sowmya explains her reasons for wanting to eliminate the landline. She mentions her intention to minimize household expenses and clarifies that her decision is not a reflection of distrust. Sowmya highlights their six-month marriage, noting her stable income compared to Adit’s fluctuating financial situation. She emphasizes her efforts in managing the household, including paying off the house loan, which is now in her name, and her desire to cut unnecessary expenses. Adit acknowledges her concerns and assures her that he is actively seeking an investor for his project, promising to share financial responsibilities once he secures funding. With this understanding, Adit departs for his presentation.

Meanwhile, Mangal expresses her intention to take Kapil’s mother to the doctor due to her knee pain. Kapil observes the interaction and is asked by Mangal if he has scheduled an appointment. His mother chastises him for not doing so, but Mangal reassures her that she will handle the appointment and take her to the hospital.

Kapil’s mother insists that Mangal would be an ideal match for him, but Kapil dismisses the notion, cautioning her that if Mangal were to overhear such sentiments, it would create an uncomfortable work environment and prevent her from entering their home. Pratima, another character, silently observes the exchange.

In a parallel storyline, Mangal books an appointment for Pratima at a natural health center. During the call, the nurse puts her on hold to attend to another call from Adit, who is seeking an appointment for his mother the following day. Unfortunately, all slots are fully booked. Adit, desperate to secure an appointment, pleads with the nurse, explaining that they are traveling from another city.

Unbeknownst to both Adit and Mangal, Mangal overhears the nurse’s rejection of Adit’s request and offers to relinquish their slot for the person traveling from afar. The nurse agrees, and Adit is granted the appointment. Adit expresses gratitude, instructing the nurse to thank the individual who gave up their slot, which she conveys to Mangal.

Upon returning home, Mangal experiences a wave of nostalgia, missing her family. She attempts to contact GP International School to inquire about her son, Akshat, but is met with refusal to disclose any information. Frustrated, Mangal insists on her identity as his mother. The employee ultimately informs her that Akshat is not enrolled at their school. Confounded, Mangal wonders about his whereabouts, as every institution she has contacted provides the same response. She resolves to secure legal custody, believing she has arranged the necessary funds to reunite her family.

In a separate scene, an employee reassures Kapil that the upcoming event is poised for success. Mangal enters and asks Kapil to review the sample for the event. He suggests checking the Investors Bazaar in Jaipur for additional opportunities.

As the narrative unfolds, Sowmya observes Adit preparing coffee and approaches him, commenting that he should have informed her so she could have requested a cup as well. Adit shares his plans to attend the Investors Bazaar in Jaipur, signaling his ambition to secure funding for his project.

Kapil then requests Mangal to oversee the event their company is organizing, but she responds that he should handle it himself. Kapil insists, citing his OCD issues and an impending doctor’s appointment, claiming that he feels unwell due to an infection he believes he contracted from a colleague.

Adit expresses his confidence in impressing Kapil to secure the necessary funding while also planning to take Kusum to see a doctor in Jaipur for her back pain. Kapil reiterates his request for Mangal to manage the event in his absence, but she remains reluctant. However, Kapil persists, emphasizing her capability to represent both Pehla Swaad and his business.

Kusum, curious about Adit’s intentions, inquires about his desire to take her with him. Adit responds that the arrangement would be beneficial for both parties, leaving the audience intrigued by the underlying motives behind his request.
