He then takes both Kusum and Sudesh to their room. After the doctor examines them, he leaves, leaving the family on edge.
Meanwhile, Mangal begins lighting diyas for her pooja. Sudesh confides in Adit that Kusum’s recent behavior seems unusual. Sowmya suggests that Kusum needs proper medical attention and reveals that she consulted a doctor who advised admitting Kusum to a mental health facility.
As Mangal completes her prayers, she notices some of the diyas have gone out, which she interprets as an inauspicious sign, adding to her worries. She prays to the Goddess for forgiveness and protection for her mother-in-law. The Pandit advises Mangal to bring Kusum to the temple once she recovers. However, as Mangal takes the prasad, she accidentally drops it, further heightening her concern. She tries contacting Sudesh but finds her signal is weak. When she calls Adit, Sowmya intervenes and cuts the call, determined to admit Kusum to a hospital before Mangal arrives.
Sudesh desperately turns to Adit for help, expressing his anguish over Kusum’s condition. Sowmya insists they must consult a psychiatrist before Kusum harms herself. Adit assures Sudesh that he will make the right decision for Kusum’s health and asks Sowmya for the psychiatrist’s contact information. Meanwhile, Jia’s mother urges her to manage the situation for another day, vowing to visit her the following day. Gayatri, intent on meeting Karthik, departs. The next day, Raghuveer arrives home prepared to strategize their next moves, only to notice that Gayatri is missing from the storeroom.
At a traffic signal, Jia’s mother spots Gayatri in an auto rickshaw and decides to follow her. Raghuveer deduces her destination is the police station and takes off with Lakshmi in pursuit. Disguised, Gayatri enters the police station to meet Karthik, assuring him of his upcoming release. Just then, Jia’s mother arrives at the station and starts to piece together Gayatri’s identity, realizing she’s at the same place where Karthik is imprisoned.
As Jia’s mother attempts to reach Karthik, a siren blares and the police clear the station. Raghuveer and Lakshmi quickly usher Gayatri away to avoid detection. Later, Raghuveer reprimands Gayatri for her reckless behavior, but Lakshmi defends her, insisting they remain calm since they are close to achieving their goal. Reluctantly, Gayatri agrees.
Jia’s mother calls Jia to confirm that Gayatri is alive. Shocked, Jia asks for more details, and her mother suggests they catch Gayatri red-handed. In agreement, Jia prepares to take action.
