The episode begins with Manish questioning Nandini about the identity of the child who was abducted and inquiring about the child’s parents. Nandini responds by stating that the identity of the parents is irrelevant. She challenges Manish, asking what they intend to do once they learn the truth. Namrida, feeling frustrated, insists that Nandini must disclose the details about the child.
However, Nandini firmly refuses, reminding them that she is also someone’s daughter and emphasizing that their primary concern should be Aradhya’s feelings. She accuses Kabir of being a criminal who has abducted an innocent child, to which Aradhya defends Kabir, asserting that he is not a criminal. Nandini, however, remains resolute, stating that she will not engage in an argument with Aradhya but maintains that Kabir is indeed guilty, providing evidence to support her claim.
As the tension escalates, Manish and Sangal pressure Nandini to reveal the truth. Deepali interjects, stating that Nandini must share what she knows. Nandini challenges her, asking if Deepali truly wants to know the truth. Deepali, identifying herself as the eldest daughter-in-law of the household, explains that she must understand Aradhya’s pain and feels it is her duty to protect her family, asserting her right to know the details.
At a critical moment, Nandini is on the verge of disclosing Shalini’s name when Shalini calls her, pleading that she does not want this matter to be dragged out any longer. Shalini begs Nandini not to reveal her name to anyone, expressing her fear that it would hurt her family, who would not accept the situation. She asks Nandini to promise to keep her identity a secret, and Nandini agrees to protect her details.
Sangal again presses Nandini for the identity of the child, but she insists that it no longer matters. She declares that she cannot take on the case any longer since she is convinced that Kabir is the criminal. She suggests that they find another lawyer to handle the situation. Manish and Sangal threaten her, but Nandini retorts, reminding Manish that he had previously sent goons to threaten her at her home.
Manish denies this accusation, but Nandini insists that he does not need to hide the truth from her, as she is already aware. Manish continues to plead with her to assist him, but Nandini remains firm in her refusal, asking him again whose child it is.
Meanwhile, Shivprasad speaks to Shalini about their daughter, Piyu, expressing that their children are his entire world and that he cannot bear to see them in pain. He emphasizes his desire to protect their small family. Shalini admits that she was unaware of the situation until she met Kabir.
Nandini had previously asked Shalini to accompany her to the department, and Shivprasad expresses his disapproval of her going there without informing him. Shalini apologizes, and Shivprasad acknowledges that at least she understood the gravity of the situation and contacted him promptly. Piyu, curious, asks her father why he frequently advises them to be good human beings. Shivprasad explains that he tries to guide his children on how to be virtuous individuals.
Chintu, another child, expresses his desire to be like Parshuram, prompting Shalini to inquire about who taught him this. Shivprasad admits that he did. He then prepares their favorite pasta and serves it to them. As they enjoy their meal, Shalini reflects on the fact that Bappar was at the department and seems to have been arrested, which brings her some relief.
Later, Balram informs Shivprasad that Bappar has escaped from Daud’s custody. Alarmed, Shivprasad rushes to the department, where he confronts Daud about Bappar’s escape and warns him to keep his distance from his team.
In the precap, Manish invites Shalini to attend Aradhya’s wedding, but she declines, stating that they need to invite her husband first. Piyu then informs her that Shivprasad is not in his room, revealing that he is currently interrogating a goon at the department.
