Pranali Rathod, Dheeraj Dhoopar Headline Kumkum Bhagya 2.0

“Kumkum Bhagya,” the Zee TV series by Ekta Kapoor, is preparing for another generation leap. While initial reports suggested Kushal Tandon would star in the revamped “Kumkum Bhagya 2.0,” recent updates indicate Dheeraj Dhoopar of “Kundali Bhagya” may now take the lead role due to Kushal Tandon’s departure.

Furthermore, it appears Ekta Kapoor has found her female lead in Pranali Rathod, known for “Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.” Reportedly, Pranali was chosen after the first meeting. However, official confirmation is still pending.

As for Kushal Tandon’s exit, previous reports cited health concerns. More recent information suggests Kushal left the show due to a disagreement over weekend holidays, which the production house reportedly denied.
