The episode begins with Dua telling a lie to Mannat, claiming that she wants to buy a gift for her grandparents. She expresses her willingness to break her savings to afford it. Mannat, believing her story, gives Dua permission to use her savings. However, Dua is secretly thinking that the money she has is actually enough for her to reach Mumbai.
Meanwhile, Vikrant is preparing for a road trip to Indore. Kumar, a friend or colleague, informs him that his family members will be arriving by flight. Yashika, who seems to be close to Vikrant, praises him for opting to travel by road instead of flying. As they travel, Vikrant hears the driver’s ringtone, which triggers memories of Mannat. Despite the passage of seven years, he realizes he hasn’t truly moved on from her and prays to God for assistance in moving forward with his life.
At the same time, Mannat is busy organizing everything for an upcoming trip to Dubai. Dua, feeling guilty for lying to her mother, reflects on the dishonesty. She acknowledges that lying to her parents is wrong, and she apologizes to God. However, she convinces herself that her intentions are noble; she plans to use her prize money from the cooking competition to help her family, specifically to cure Neetu. Mannat, noticing Dua’s strange behavior, decides to call Bunty and asks him to meet her privately.
Later, during their conversation, Bunty expresses his concern for Dua, insisting that she should not travel alone as it poses a risk. Dua insists that taking this risk is necessary for her dream of meeting her star chef. She argues that it’s the only way to achieve her goals. Bunty counters that children should not travel alone and offers to accompany her to Mumbai, stating that he can at least look out for her. Dua retorts that if Bunty cannot protect himself, he should not assume he can protect her. She insists she is brave enough to handle the situation on her own. Additionally, she worries that if Bunty’s mother learns the truth, she will create a scene and blame Dua’s mother for everything.
In a gesture of support, Bunty offers Dua some money he had saved to buy a new video game. However, Dua refuses the offer, stating that she has more than enough money and can manage on her own. Just then, Mannat arrives, and both Dua and Bunty feel apprehensive about being caught. Dua discreetly signals Bunty to keep the truth from Mannat. When Mannat inquires about what is going on, Dua skillfully manages to lie and deflect her questions.
Mannat then suggests they eat samosas together, but she notices the suspicious looks exchanged between Dua and Bunty. This raises her suspicions that they are hiding something. She decides to inform Dhairya about her concerns. Dhairya speculates that Mannat might be trying to convince Dua to participate in the cooking competition, which Mannat adamantly says she does not want Dua to think about. Dhairya reassures her that Dua will likely forget about it once they reach Dubai.
Before leaving, Mannat mentions that she is going out to deliver an order with Roni and asks Dhairya to keep an eye on Dua. Dhairya hands a samosa to Bunty and jokingly advises Dua to eat less. In response, Dua tells him not to body shame anyone. Dhairya also gives Dua some safety kits and instructs her on how to use them when necessary.
Later, Aishwarya becomes upset upon seeing Yashika getting too close to Vikrant. She perceives Yashika as being overly clever and uses the opportunity to mock her. Roni, in a roundabout way, asks Mannat if she has seen anyone in Mumbai, to which she denies. Suddenly, Vikrant spots Mannat and stops his car, rushing over to greet her.
In the preview for the next episode, Dua is seen leaving her home secretly, determined to participate in the cooking competition.
