The episode opens with a tense confrontation as Tanushri implores Rishi to put an end to the ongoing turmoil. She makes it clear that if Jhanak remains in the house, they will have to leave. Rishi, caught in the middle, questions where Jhanak could possibly go at this late hour. Dritimaan interjects, stating that Jhanak’s departure will not alter the court’s verdict regarding their situation. Neelu, another family member, expresses her frustration, claiming that Jhanak is ruining both their home and Rishi’s married life. Sanjhbati, another family member, challenges Neelu, asking if Jhanak cannot fight her own battles. Neelu retorts that while Jhanak is free to do as she pleases, she cannot stay under their roof.
As tensions rise, Jhanak announces her intention to leave the house. Rishi, concerned, asks her where she plans to go. Jhanak reveals her plan to return to Kolkata after securing a place to stay. Dritimaan reminds everyone that Jhanak must adhere to the court’s instructions, raising the question of how she can do that if she leaves for Simulboni. Tanushri dismisses Jhanak’s significance, questioning why they should even care about her.
Jhanak responds thoughtfully, stating that she could have meant something to them if she had chosen to stay connected, but she made the decision to separate from Rishi. Rishi, however, stands firm in his support for Jhanak, insisting that he will not abandon her. Putul, another family member, chimes in, offering her support as well. This prompts Tanushri to accuse Putul of wanting to disrupt the peace of the household. Rishi asserts that he needs time to find a suitable place for Jhanak to stay, but Jhanak quickly tells him not to make any arrangements on her behalf.
Indumati, another voice in the family, questions why they are rallying around Jhanak and highlights the turmoil Aditi has faced. Rishi counters her argument, pointing out that Aditi left because of Aniruddh’s actions, not Jhanak’s. Payal, another family member, shifts the blame back to Jhanak, claiming that Aditi’s departure was indeed due to her presence. Jhanak, feeling the weight of the accusations, expresses her discomfort over the conflict her situation has caused and suggests that perhaps it would be best if she went to Simulboni.
Tanushri, however, is not convinced, stating that Jhanak’s actions contradict her words, labeling her as shameless. Abhimanyu, another family member, echoes this sentiment, asserting that Jhanak cannot find happiness while she is perceived as the one who has disrupted their family. Dadabhai, an elder in the family, questions Abhimanyu’s harsh words, seeking clarity on his stance.
Jhanak asserts that the battle she is fighting is for her mother, making it clear that she will not back down. She urges Rishi not to take any actions on her behalf, emphasizing her independence. Rishi, touched by her resolve, responds with empathy, reminding her that he is human and capable of feeling emotions, unlike the others who seem hardened. Dadabhai claims ownership of the house, which leads Abhimanyu to question whether family bonds mean anything to him. He instructs Surjeet to begin packing their belongings, suggesting that they should leave since they no longer feel welcome.
Neelu, feeling defeated, accuses Jhanak of having destroyed their family, while Tanushri tells her that further arguments are pointless. Putul suggests that perhaps Jhanak could stay with Sanjhbati for a few days, a proposal that Dritimaan supports. He advises Rishi to take Jhanak to Sanjhbati’s house for her safety.
Meanwhile, on the other side of the conflict, Arshi confronts Aniruddh about the impending DNA test. She expresses her anxiety about the potential repercussions. Aniruddh reassures her, urging her not to panic. However, Arshi presses him to take decisive action. He questions her trust in Jhanak, asserting that Jhanak is not his daughter but rather the daughter of Parashar. He reveals that he left Simulboni when Nutan claimed she was pregnant, drawing parallels between Jhanak’s actions and those of Nutan in the past. Aniruddh believes that Jhanak is motivated by a desire for his wealth.
Arshi responds by reminding Aniruddh of the consequences of his extramarital affair, highlighting how both her life and Aditi’s have been affected by his choices. She challenges him to consider the turmoil he has caused. Aniruddh acknowledges his past mistakes, but Arshi insists it is too late for regrets. She questions his calm demeanor in the face of Jhanak’s legal victories, reminding him that he cannot afford to underestimate her determination. Aniruddh urges her to trust him and vows not to forgive Rishi before leaving the conversation.
Back at the household, Jhanak is seen packing her belongings. She descends the stairs and seeks blessings from Dadabhai, who apologizes to her for the situation. Jhanak reassures him, telling him not to apologize, and they share a heartfelt hug. Rishi expresses his belief that Jhanak will soon return to the house as a valued family member, and he takes her away from the tense atmosphere.
Later, Rishi and Dritimaan escort Jhanak to Sanjhbati’s house. Sanjhbati welcomes her warmly, encouraging her to eat first. Rishi expresses his gratitude to Sanjhbati’s family for their hospitality, and Jhanak joins in thanking them. Sanjhbati reassures Jhanak that she is welcome to stay for as long as she needs and encourages her to continue fighting for her rights. Rishi, however, makes it clear that he will not accept Aditi back if she chooses to return. An uncle advises Rishi that misunderstandings are common in marriage and urges him to reconsider his stance. Rishi firmly states that Jhanak deserves to reclaim her identity and place in the family.
In the preview for the next episode, Jhanak boldly declares to a police officer that Aniruddh is her father, even though he refuses to acknowledge her. She expresses her determination to fight for her mother, setting the stage for further confrontations ahead.
