What happens when a decade-long romance turns into nothing more than a comfortable routine? The newly released third teaser for KBS2’s upcoming weekend drama A Love Other Than You drops viewers right into the relatable, heart-wrenching reality of long-term relationships facing unexpected temptation.
The preview kicks off with a heavy question from Lee Mi Do (Ahn Eun Jin): “You don’t get butterflies when you look at me anymore, do you?” Memories of their passionate past—filled with intense, deeply in-love moments—flash by, contrasting sharply with their present reality. As Namgoong Ho (Seo Kang Jun) bluntly puts it, “We’ve been together for 10 years. How can things stay burning hot forever?”
Just as their spark fades into predictable daily life, fresh excitement enters the picture to throw everything off balance. Ho finds himself wavering toward his younger coworker, Park Soo Ah (Jo A Ram), while Mi Do starts feeling a pull toward Han Tae Seung (Lee Joo Ahn), a lawyer representing a film production company.
Neither partner stays blind to the shift. Mi Do quickly picks up on Soo Ah’s growing feelings for Ho, playfully asking, “Is she pretty?” to mask her unease. Meanwhile, Tae Seung directly tempts Mi Do by telling her he can help her run away, while provoking Ho with a tense, “How much do you actually know?” The rock-solid bond between two people who thought they knew each other best begins to show serious cracks.
