Once they arrive back home, they discover that Digvijay has baked cookies for Anupama, a gesture that momentarily lifts the mood. Anupama finds a thank-you note from Digvijay, which brings back memories of a lady at the restaurant teasing him about his affection for her.
In a light-hearted moment, Banku informs Digvijay that the bakery aunty has sent a cake, prompting Anupama to laugh heartily. However, Digvijay’s reaction is quite the opposite; he becomes furious at the comment and storms out of the room, leaving Anupama and Banku in a state of confusion.
Meanwhile, Gautam is having a serious conversation with Vasundhara. He expresses his frustration, stating that he can no longer work with the Kotharis. He acknowledges that Vasundhara has done him a favor but mentions that he is fed up with Rahi’s insolent behavior. Gautam also shares his concerns about Mahi, who seems to be influenced by the wrong crowd. He hands a file over to Vasundhara and threatens to take Pranshi away with him if things don’t change.

Anupama, taken aback by the accusation, firmly asserts her innocence. She decides to speak to the police directly to clear her name. She returns the necklace, explaining that she found it in Jaya’s bag by mistake. Anupama insists that if she had truly intended to steal, she wouldn’t be actively looking for a job. The police, however, inform her that they need her to come to the police station, as both the necklace owner and the hotel manager are waiting to speak with her.
Meanwhile, in another part of the house, Prem notices that Rahi is still awake and asks her if she is not feeling sleepy. Rahi confesses that she is contemplating asking her boss to send someone else for the inspection. Prem encourages her, questioning why she lacks confidence in herself and allowing Prerna’s joke or Vasundhara’s taunts to affect her.
