Today’s episode begins with a tense atmosphere at the Kothari household. Prem approaches Rahi, noticing her distress. Concerned, he asks her what is troubling her. Rahi expresses her fear that if Prarthana does not return on time, Vasundhara will become upset. Prem reminds her that Prarthana was warned by both Anupama and Vasundhara, yet she chose to be stubborn and leave anyway. Gautam, overhearing their conversation, voices his concern about what might happen if Prarthana does not come back. He expresses his anxiety, worrying about the safety of his daughter. Parag, trying to assert his authority, states that he had given permission for Prarthana and Pranshi to go out, but Gautam retorts that if anything happens to his daughter, he will hold the Kotharis responsible.
Meanwhile, the scene shifts to Anupama, who is walking on the road when she suddenly collapses. Prarthana, who is out, spots Anupama and instinctively decides to help her. Ansh encourages Prarthana to take care of the baby while he checks on Anupama. However, Pranshi is reluctant to leave Ansh’s side. Prarthana insists that Ansh stay with the baby and rushes to assist Anupama. Just then, a speeding truck comes barreling down the road towards Anupama. In a heroic act, Prarthana pushes Anupama out of harm’s way but gets hit by the truck herself. Ansh and Anupama scream out Prarthana’s name in horror as she falls to the ground.
Back at the Kothari household, Vasundhara becomes increasingly restless when she notices that Prarthana’s picture frame has broken. The tension escalates as the Kotharis and the Shahs frantically try to contact Ansh, Anupama, and Prarthana. Vasundhara’s anxiety grows as she reflects on her decision to stop Prarthana from leaving. Moments later, Anupama arrives home, devastated and holding Pranshi, her face a mask of shock. The family immediately bombards her with questions about Ansh and Prarthana. Gautam accuses Anupama of causing trouble again, while Vasundhara demands to know what has happened to Prarthana. Anupama stands there, shattered, her mind racing back to the moment Prarthana saved her life. Prem urges her to reassure everyone that everything is fine, but the weight of the situation is too much for Anupama, and she collapses, unconscious on the floor.
After a few days have passed, the atmosphere remains heavy with grief. Leela expresses her sorrow, lamenting that even after so many days, she cannot forget Prarthana. Hasmuk tries to console her, reminding everyone that they cannot change destiny. Leela then accuses the Kotharis of snatching Pranshi away from Ansh. Paritosh points out that it was an accident, yet the Kotharis continue to blame Anupama and Ansh for what happened. Pakhi expresses her concern that Anupama is drowning in guilt over Prarthana’s death, and the Shah family worries that the Kotharis will continue to hold Anupama responsible as they did in the past. Kinjal prays for strength for both Anupama and Ansh during this difficult time.
In a somber moment, Anupama and Ansh discuss the tragic loss of Prarthana. Meanwhile, the Kotharis are engulfed in their own grief. Vasundhara reflects on how she tried to stop Prarthana from leaving, while Khyati expresses her worries about Parag’s state of mind. Rahi tries to encourage Parag to eat, but he is consumed by guilt, feeling that he is responsible for Prarthana’s death. He blames himself for giving her permission to go out, despite Vasundhara and Anupama’s attempts to intervene. Anil tries to comfort Parag, reminding him that God’s plan cannot be changed. Rahi reassures everyone that it was just an accident and that neither Anupama nor Parag should be blamed for it. She turns to Prem, seeking guidance on how to support Anupama and Parag during this trying time.
Leela expresses her gratitude to Devika for coming to support them. Devika acknowledges that Anupama will likely never forgive herself for Prarthana’s death. Hasmuk confirms this, explaining that they asked Devika to come specifically to help Anupama heal. He urges Devika to take Anupama with her to help her recover, assuring her that they will take care of Ansh in her absence.
Devika calls out to Anupama, who is overwhelmed with grief. Anupama breaks down, blaming herself for Prarthana’s death and calling herself a bad person. Devika comforts her, urging her not to shoulder the blame. Anupama recalls how Vasundhara tried to stop Prarthana and expresses her regret for not being more adamant in preventing her from leaving. Devika encourages Anupama to help Jaya, explaining that she must go abroad for a project and cannot take Jaya with her. She pleads with Anupama to care for Jaya during her absence, reminding her of all the times Anupama has helped her in the past. Anupama hesitates, worried about leaving Ansh alone, but Devika insists that Jaya is younger and that Ansh can manage on his own.
Hasmuk and Leela urge Anupama to accept Devika’s offer, promising that they will look after Ansh while she is away. Devika, sensing Anupama’s reluctance, emotionally manipulates her, emphasizing the importance of taking this opportunity to step away from Ahmedabad for a while.
Finally, Anupama decides to discuss the matter with Ansh. When she approaches him, Ansh encourages her to go, insisting that Jaya needs her support. He reassures Anupama, telling her not to blame herself for Prarthana’s accident, emphasizing that it was truly just that—an accident. With Ansh’s support, Anupama agrees to accompany Devika, and they prepare to leave together.
Meanwhile, Rahi is left trying to manage Pranshi, while the Kotharis continue to mourn the loss of Prarthana. Gautam attempts to feed Vasundhara, who is still in a state of despair. Parag, still reeling from grief, refuses to even look at Pranshi. Khyati breaks down in tears, overwhelmed by the loss. Rahi and Prem take it upon themselves to care for Pranshi, trying to bring some semblance of normalcy to the household.
In the precap, Anupama participates in a cycle race in Goa, a symbolic step towards healing and reclaiming her strength. Jaya cheers her on, a reminder that even in the face of tragedy, there is hope for new beginnings.
