The episode begins with Girdar becoming emotional as he sees Apollena with Shlok, feeling betrayed by his daughter for choosing Shlok’s love over his dreams. Apollena notices her father and calls out to him, but Dadi warns that she shouldn’t interrupt the rituals, as it could bring bad luck. In the background, Madhu and Renuka dance, while Apollena remains upset. To cheer her up, Shlok takes a selfie with her, insisting that she shouldn’t get the wrong idea—that he’s only doing this to make his mother happy. He sends the photo to Sarswati, and Irani notices this, informing Sarswati that Shlok is hiding something. She points out that if he were truly happy with Apollena, he wouldn’t need to send her pictures; he would be enjoying the moment with her instead.
Sarswati doesn’t believe Irani’s suspicions, asserting that Shlok wouldn’t lie to her. Irani, determined to prove her point, jumps onto Shlok’s bed, recalling how he mentioned a noise coming from it. She concludes that there must be something off for him to lie about his sleeping arrangements.
Sarswati defends Shlok, insisting she understands him well enough to know he wouldn’t deceive her. Irani, however, is convinced that he is hiding something and won’t let anyone take him away from her, claiming that he belongs to her.
Meanwhile, Apollena shows Shlok her childhood album, and he comments on how pretty she looked as a child. Apollena becomes emotional when she sees a picture of Girdar. Madhu encourages her to make Girdar’s favorite dahi vada to impress him, believing it might win his forgiveness. However, Apollena admits she doesn’t know how to cook it. Shlok suggests they can cook it together, but Madhu insists she can’t let her son-in-law step into the kitchen. Shlok pushes back, wanting to help Apollena, and she agrees, asking for his assistance.
As they begin cooking, Apollena later presents the dahi vada to Girdar, who flatly refuses to eat it. She explains that she learned to cook especially for him. Girdar, in a fit of anger, complains that while there are millions of people in India, many women can make dahi vada. He expresses his disappointment that he dreamed of sending her to space—something no woman dared to do—only for her to choose a conventional married life instead.
Apollena asserts that getting married doesn’t mean she has to stop her education and vows to fulfill his dream. Girdar retorts that she won’t gain admission to the Air Force in her current state of mind and demands that she leave. She remains stubborn, wanting to speak with him, but Girdar threatens her, causing Madhu to urge Apollena to leave as well. Distressed and filled with guilt, Apollena feels crushed as Girdar storms out.
Madhu reassures Apollena that Girdar is just angry and will forgive her once he learns the truth. Later, Irani hatches a plan to prevent Shlok from staying at Apollena’s house. She suggests that Sarswati place an onion under her arm to feign a fever, hoping that Shlok will leave once he hears about her health.
Meanwhile, Shlok notices Apollena appears unwell and tries to lighten her mood with humor. Irani’s scheme successfully works, as she informs Shlok that Sarswati isn’t feeling well. He promises to return home as soon as possible. Madhu brings aarti to Apollena, advising Shlok that she understands the truth and encourages him to support Apollena in her studies. He assures her he will.
As Sarswati begins to feel uncomfortable with her feigned illness, Irani urges her to keep up the act until Shlok returns. Later, Shlok, worried about his mother, notices that Apollena has fallen asleep. Irani remains determined to keep Shlok away from Apollena, intent on claiming him for herself.
