Bhagyashree explains that Sunny informed her about the tracking of their phones following the recent incident at the office, prompting her to trace their location and come to find him.
As they converse, Rishabh reveals a significant secret about his family: his father was wrongfully accused and imprisoned, but Rishabh is determined to clear his name and prove his innocence soon. Bhagyashree listens intently and reassures him that his father deserves justice and the best possible treatment during this difficult time. However, Rishabh internally struggles with the realization that Bhagyashree cannot possibly know the entire truth behind the situation. Meanwhile, Bhagyashree reflects on her feelings and acknowledges that it’s time for her to begin trusting Rishabh completely.
Just then, Purab arrives and inquires whether Rishabh has managed everything well. Rishabh responds that, thanks to Purab’s timely call, he was able to handle the situation effectively, ensuring that Bhagyashree didn’t see his father. He then approaches Bhagyashree, suggesting that she should leave since her parents are waiting for her. However, Bhagyashree insists on staying, determined to support him.
In another part of the hospital, Sowmya confides in Padma that she intends to go to her parents’ house, feeling unable to live with what she perceives as a failure. Despite Padma and Karthik’s attempts to dissuade her, Sowmya remains resolute and leaves.
Meanwhile, a nurse emerges from the ward, urgently announcing that a patient in bed number 33 is in dire need of blood but has no relatives present. Upon learning that the patient requires A-positive blood, Bhagyashree volunteers to donate, unaware that she is about to donate blood to Rishabh’s father. Later, the nurse informs Rishabh that Bhagyashree has given blood to his father, leaving him shocked and conflicted as he recalls that his father spent ten years in prison due to Bhagyashree’s testimony against him.
Rishabh rushes to his father’s side and expresses his deep regret that his father was wrongfully framed in a false case, suggesting that he should have been the one to take the blame instead. He presses his father for the identity of the person who gave the false testimony, and Gautham reveals that it was all orchestrated by Nysah. This revelation ignites a fierce determination in Rishabh to confront Bhagyashree and teach her a lesson about the consequences of her actions.
After donating blood, Bhagyashree exits the donation room feeling lightheaded and dizzy. Rishabh catches her just in time and offers her a glass of water. Later, Bhagyashree sends a message to Rishabh, expressing that she misses him and inquiring about his father’s condition. Rishabh responds that his father is doing fine, and Bhagyashree expresses her hope that everything will settle down soon. Meanwhile, Rishabh and Purab strategize on how to defeat Nysah in the upcoming court hearing.
Back at home, Padma encourages Karthik to eat something and mentions that she and her husband will speak to Sowmya to bring her back home. Tensions rise as Shreyas and Karthik argue, but Bhagyashree and Padma intervene. Bhagyashree reminds them that despite Anna’s mistakes, they are still family and need to work through their issues together.
