Revati, sensing the escalating situation, sternly advises Nikhil to keep his distance, fearing that his presence might exacerbate Vinay’s condition.
Just then, Bhagyashree and Rishabh return home, bringing a glimmer of hope. Rishabh quickly assesses the situation and declares, “Let’s call the doctor,” recognizing the urgency of Vinay’s deteriorating state. However, when Vinay sees Rishabh, his condition worsens further, causing Sowmya to insist that Rishabh leave the room. Bhagyashree, however, counters this by stating that Rishabh is trying to help. Rishabh takes charge, saying he will call Mr. Mehta, the doctor. He begins administering chest compressions to Vinay, urging the family to move him inside for better care.
Meanwhile, a subplot unfolds as Gautham Kapoor accidentally collides with Mukul Chadda. Mukul, always looking to stir trouble, taunts Gautham with his words, provoking a tense exchange. Later, Shreyas meets Gautham and inquires about a set of documents he may have dropped during their last encounter. Gautham confirms that he found them and returns the papers. As Shreyas examines the documents, he notices a cheque that doesn’t belong to him. Gautham explains that it is intended for his foreign studies and insists that Shreyas accept it. Although Shreyas initially refuses, Gautham persists, stating that both his sons love Shreyas’s sisters and have unintentionally caused issues for their family. He urges Shreyas to accept the cheque as a loan, and after some deliberation, Shreyas finally agrees and departs.
Meanwhile, Padma gives Revati a relaxing hair massage and inquires about her plans for the day. Sowmya and Padma invite Revati to join them for shopping for Godbharai items. However, Revati steps aside to call Purab, but her call fails to connect. She then contacts the driver, who informs her that he dropped Purab off at Maruthi Galli and is unsure of his whereabouts. Growing suspicious of Purab’s commitment to her, Revati demands that the driver send her Purab’s last known location. Frustrated and feeling betrayed, she tells Padma and Sowmya that she is leaving for work and storms out.
Revati arrives at Purab’s location and overhears a woman exclaiming that her baby will be as cute as him. Shocked and filled with dread, she enters the vicinity and discovers Purab gifting a beautiful necklace to Tanya. Enraged, Revati’s anger boils over as she witnesses this betrayal.
