The episode begins with Shivaay arriving in Kannauj, visibly injured and weary. His friend notices his injuries and asks how he got hurt, but before Shivaay can explain, Suraj appears and confronts him aggressively. Suraj accuses Shivaay of orchestrating an online scam, claiming that he has pocketed all the money meant for their business to prevent Suraj from claiming his share of the mortgaged house. He further berates Shivaay for ruining their mobile shop, leaving Shivaay silent and seemingly defeated.
Just then, Sonam arrives on the scene. Shivaay’s friends plead with her to intervene and stop Suraj from hurting him, but she refuses to get involved. Suraj demands that Shivaay explain the disappearance of 50 lakhs, pressing him for answers. At that moment, Shivaay’s mother arrives and, in a moment of fierce protection, slaps Suraj for his disrespectful behavior. Sonam, taken aback, questions why her mother would hit her elder son.
Shivaay’s mother explains that Shivaay has been responsible for the household since their father left fourteen years ago. She recounts how their father had to mortgage the house due to Suraj’s debts, vowing that she will not allow anyone to mistreat her son. Aadhya performs a street act with her friends, dramatizing an OTP scam. Shivaay happens to witness the performance and feels a strong connection to the message, unaware that Aadhya’s act is inspired by his own struggles.
After the performance, Shivaay approaches Aadhya and praises her concept, but just as he compliments her, someone from behind tells him to move his tempo. He turns to comply, leaving Aadhya momentarily distracted.
In a twist of fate, Aadhya accidentally bumps into someone, causing her phone to drop and break. Frustrated, she leaves to find a mobile shop and ends up purchasing a ₹2000 phone. Meanwhile, Shivaay continues unloading cargo from his tempo.
As fate would have it, Shivaay runs into Aadhya once more and again praises her performance. Concerned about how she will travel alone, Shivaay overhears her conversation and offers to help her. As the situation escalates, the men on the bus try to misbehave with Aadhya, but just in time, Shivaay intervenes, stepping in to protect her.

Meanwhile, Shivaay learns from the police that Bunty, a known scammer, is involved in the situation.
