The episode begins with Nandita confronting Aarambhi, stating that she is concealing something from them. Nandita demands that Aarambhi disclose the truth. Dimple, curious about the contents of a particular file, questions Aarambhi about what she is hiding.
Nandita mentions that she observed Aarambhi organizing the file the previous day. Dimple adds to the tension by pointing out that Aarambhi did not argue with Vishwas when he asked her to accompany him, which raised her suspicions, prompting her to follow Aarambhi.
Dimple insists on getting answers and asks what is really happening. She warns Aarambhi that if she does not reveal the truth, she will reach out to Vishwas for clarification.
In a moment of desperation, Aarambhi prays to God for assistance as Dimple continues to threaten her. Aarambhi is filled with fear at the prospect of losing everything she holds dear.
Dimple demands the file, but Manmeet intervenes, snatching it away from Dimple. Manmeet tells Dimple to respect their family’s privacy, asserting that Dimple lacks proper manners.
Dimple presses for information about the file’s contents. Manmeet responds that it contains her father’s medical report and that Aarambhi is in possession of his insurance policy. Nandita expresses a desire to meet with her father.
Manmeet, however, lies by saying that he is currently in the observation room and they will have to wait for an hour to see him. Nandita refuses to accept this delay, insisting that they need to attend a wedding. Sunil supports her stance.
Dimple then questions Aarambhi about why she did not inform her of her visit to see her father. Aarambhi replies that Dimple disapproves of her visiting her parents, prompting Dimple to label her as crazy.
Meanwhile, Dhairya inquires of Mannat why Aishwarya has not taken any action regarding a certain situation. Mannat admits her confusion, and Dhairya suggests they wait for developments. Feeling fatigued, Mannat takes a sip of water while Mallika observes her closely. Mallika sends a message to Vishaka and orchestrates an incident where Dua falls, prompting Bunty to rush off to find Dhairya for help.
Mallika then instructs Mannat to meet with Yashika. Bunty prevents Dhairya from following Mannat, informing him that Dua is in trouble. Later, Manmeet asks Aarambhi if she is interested in renewing her medical license.
Aarambhi expresses her desire to practice medicine again. Manmeet warns her that it will not be easy and questions how she plans to pursue this without her family’s knowledge. She advises Aarambhi against pursuing this path out of revenge.
Aarambhi clarifies that her motivation is her own personal growth and for the sake of her son. Manmeet reminds her that she previously had a chance to study but squandered it, and she doubts Aarambhi’s family will permit her to practice.
Aarambhi insists that she will not let this opportunity slip away and is determined to complete her studies at any cost. Manmeet ultimately agrees to mentor her, and Aarambhi expresses her gratitude.
Concerned about Mannat, Aarambhi rushes out. Meanwhile, Mannat is feeling faint. Yashika requests Mannat to fetch her nuptial chain from her room. Aarambhi calls Mannat to check on her safety, and Mannat reassures her that no one has attacked her yet and that she will manage.
However, shortly after, Mannat faints in Yashika’s room, and Vishaka along with Mallika locks her inside a box, discarding Mannat’s phone in the process. They do not notice her chain fall to the ground.
Growing increasingly anxious, Aarambhi calls Dhairya to inform him that Mannat is missing. He discovers her chain and realizes he cannot track her because the tracker was embedded in the pendant that has fallen off.
Vishaka hands the nuptial chain to Yashika, deceitfully claiming that Mannat willingly gave it to her, insinuating that Mannat does not wish to attend the wedding. Meanwhile, Mallika takes the trunk outside.
In another scene, Hari meets Aishwarya, who tells him that he is capable of performing the surgery. He, however, states that he will not operate without payment. Aishwarya reassures him that the money is prepared and reminds him of his outstanding loan.
Raj notices that Manmeet has a late shift and sees Hari in Aishwarya’s room. He invites Hari to the wedding, but Hari declines, explaining that Sunil instructed him to remain and care for Aishwarya.
Aishwarya mentions that Mannat is on her way. Aarambhi informs Dhairya that Mannat appeared unwell during their video call, expressing her concern that something may be wrong. Dhairya offers his reassurance.
Aishwarya contemplates that Mannat will finally be of use to her as she devises a plan to end her own life. Aarambhi arrives at the wedding venue and spots Mallika dragging a box, which raises her suspicions, leading her to follow Mallika in an auto.
At the hospital, Manmeet observes Ravinder taking Aishwarya away and suspects that something is amiss but fails to follow them. Meanwhile, Mannat slowly regains consciousness and encourages herself to stay strong. Manmeet reprimands a nurse for not knowing Aishwarya’s whereabouts.
Back at the wedding venue, Avantika admires the decorations and tells Vishwas that they will soon marry in a similar manner. Vishwas agrees with her sentiment. Yashika makes her entrance at the mandap, while Vikrant envisions Mannat as the bride but quickly realizes it is Yashika.
Dimple performs the aarti, and guests inquire about Aarambhi’s absence, to which Dimple replies that she must be around somewhere. They commend Aarambhi’s values but express concern over her absence.
Dhairya continues to search for Mannat but is unable to locate her. Aarambhi calls him to inform him that Mallika is transporting a large trunk in her car, leading her to suspect that Mannat might be inside. Dhairya instructs her to follow the vehicle and obtain its number so he can track it.
Manmeet attempts to reach Vishwas by phone, but he does not answer. She then calls Aarambhi, who wonders why Manmeet is trying to contact her. Aarambhi takes note of the vehicle number and sends it to Dhairya. Mallika becomes anxious upon noticing Aarambhi trailing her.
Dhairya requests Rony to go to Saloja Mansion and look after Dua and Sunny while he continues his search for Mannat. Rony agrees to assist.
During the wedding, Vikrant struggles with his emotions and hesitates to exchange garlands with Yashika, reminiscing about his marriage to Mannat. Ultimately, they exchange garlands, while Mallika grows increasingly worried as Aarambhi continues her pursuit.
Rony arrives at Saloja Mansion, where Dua leads him to Vikrant. Vikrant becomes emotional upon seeing Rony, who advises him to remain honest in his new marriage before leaving.
Mallika creates a diversion by causing an accident with a handcart, obstructing the road. Aarambhi loses sight of her and breaks down, praying for Mannat’s safety.
Manmeet contacts Aarambhi, urging her to inform Vishwas that Aishwarya is missing from the hospital. Aarambhi agrees and realizes that Mannat may be in danger, potentially being taken for surgery.
In the upcoming scenes, Aarambhi will inform Vikrant that Mannat has been kidnapped, while Mannat and Aishwarya confront each other.
