The episode kicks off with Aarambhi urgently informing Dhairya that Mallika has managed to escape from her grasp and is headed to the wedding. Aarambhi is frantic, knowing that only one person can reveal Mannat’s location. Without wasting any time, she rushes back to the Saluja mansion, determined to find Mannat before it’s too late.
Meanwhile, in a different part of the mansion, Hari speaks with Aishwarya about the preparations for her liver surgery. He informs her that everything is arranged but emphasizes that she needs to transfer the remaining funds to him for the procedure to go ahead.
Aishwarya, however, seems preoccupied and tells him that he should focus on his work first; she assures him that she will transfer the money soon. Hari insists that he needs to conduct a few tests on her before the surgery, as her life could be in jeopardy without them.
Aishwarya, valuing her life above all else, warns him that if anything happens to her, he will face severe consequences. Hari insists that he requires a blood test to proceed.
As tensions rise, Roni arrives to meet Dhairya. Dhairya instructs Roni to wait inside the outhouse with the children while he searches for Mannat. Roni, curious about Mannat’s whereabouts, expresses his determination to find her, and Dhairya reassures him that he will definitely uncover her location.
He mentions that Vishaka is also involved in the abduction and vows to teach her a lesson before leaving. Roni takes the children to the outhouse, hoping for a safe environment away from the chaos.
Later, Mallika arrives at the outhouse with a box, claiming to Aishwarya that Mannat is inside and that she can save her life. Aishwarya, intrigued and slightly apprehensive, asks her to open the box. To her surprise, she finds Mannat conscious and alert inside.
Aishwarya feigns concern, greeting Mannat while also taunting her about the numerous attempts she made on her life. She wonders aloud why God seems to be helping Mannat, suggesting that perhaps divine intervention is at play.
Aishwarya coldly declares that she plans to donate her liver to save her mother, implying that Mannat will die today. Mannat, however, confidently responds that they will see who truly meets their end.
Meanwhile, Vikrant is lost in thought, grappling with worries about both Dhairya and Mannat. As he stands before the priest, who is instructing the couples to extend their hands for a ritual, he remains distracted.
Vishaka, noticing his preoccupation, urges him to pay attention to the priest. When the priest asks her to call for the groom, she lies, claiming that Dhairya has no brother. Vikrant, sensing something is amiss, insists that she call Dhairya, but Dhairya is currently in a fit of frustration in his room, determined to take revenge on those who abducted Mannat.
Back in the outhouse, Mannat confronts Aishwarya about her past sins, stating that God will not help her because she is the one destined to kill her. Mannat believes she will punish Aishwarya for her wrongdoings. Aishwarya, trying to manipulate the situation, reminds Mannat that Vikrant is set to marry Yashika and that Dhairya will eventually tire of searching for her.
Mannat, however, remains resolute, even as she realizes she has lost her pendant, a symbol of her connection to Vikrant. Just then, Ravinder attacks Mannat from behind, causing her to faint as she calls out Vikrant’s name.
Vikrant, feeling an inexplicable pull as though Mannat is calling for him, is suddenly jolted from his thoughts. Meanwhile, Vishaka informs the priest that Dhairya is still missing, prompting Dimple to suggest allowing Vishwas to complete the ritual instead. Vishaka argues that Aarambhi is not present to support him, but Avanthika offers to step in for her.
After some convincing, Vishwas agrees to proceed, but Nandita complains about Aarambhi’s tendency to embarrass them. The priest then instructs Vikrant to take an oath, but when he is asked to mention his wife’s name, he hesitates, lost in thought about Mannat. Aarambhi, sensing the tension, mentions Mannat’s name, drawing attention back to the situation.
Precap: Aarambhi will inform Vikrant that Mannat’s life is in danger due to Arzoo’s kidnapping. When Vikrant questions why Arzoo would do such a thing, Aarambhi reveals the shocking truth that Arzoo is none other than Aishwarya Rai Singh, leaving everyone stunned.
