The episode begins with Manmeet noticing that Mannat appears unwell. Concerned, she asks her sister what’s wrong. Mannat confesses that she feels dizzy after seeing blood, a clear sign that the stress of her job is taking a toll on her. Manmeet, slightly teasing, comments that Mannat is making herself work overtime and questions whether she is truly cut out to be a lab assistant. Mannat confirms her role, and Manmeet insists that she will accompany her to the lab because she doesn’t fully trust her sister to handle the sample alone.
As Mannat prepares to leave, she thinks to herself that Aarambhi hasn’t arrived yet, which adds to her anxiety. Meanwhile, Aarambhi is on her way when she notices Nandita following her closely. To shake off her pursuer, Aarambhi instructs the driver to stop the auto, quickly puts on her shoes, and steps out to walk away. However, Nandita remains relentless in her pursuit. Aarambhi spots two women engaged in a heated argument and seizes the opportunity to hide from Nandita’s view.
As Nandita searches for Aarambhi, she grows thirsty and takes a moment to drink some water. In a moment of mischief, Aarambhi splashes water on the arguing women, who mistakenly believe Nandita is responsible and begin to confront her. The situation escalates as the women retaliate by splashing water back at Nandita. Aarambhi feels a pang of guilt for the misunderstanding but decides to flee the scene before she gets caught.
Back at the lab, Mannat is fervently praying to God for Aarambhi to arrive soon. Manmeet, noticing Mannat’s distraction, asks if she wants to go home. However, Mannat, determined to prove herself, insists that she is ready to work extra hours and motivates herself to continue. Vishwas approaches Manmeet, expressing his urgent need for Arzoo’s report, as she is like family to him.
Mannat, fearing she might get caught in a lie, quickly removes her glasses to avoid recognition. Manmeet introduces her as a lab assistant to the staff and instructs them to send Arzoo’s report to Vishwas’s cabin, stating that Mannat will collect it. Mannat thinks to herself that she must find a way to alter the report to suit her needs.
Meanwhile, Yashika expresses her gratitude to Avantika for her recent advice. Dimple, curious about their conversation, asks what’s going on between them. Avantika explains that she was advising Yashika to be cautious around Chef Mannat. Dimple scoffs at Mannat, calling her “just a cook,” and questions why anyone would need to be careful around her.
Avantika, wanting to stir the pot, fabricates a story that Mannat has her sights set on Vikrant, suggesting that Dimple might be disappointed to learn how close Aarambhi is to Mannat. Dimple, clearly irritated, declares her disdain for women she perceives as characterless, particularly those who cling to married men, labeling them as gold diggers.
Avantika counters her argument, stating that extramarital affairs involve both parties and questions why only the woman bears the blame. Dimple insists that the woman is fully aware of the man’s marital status and continues the affair regardless, thus earning her characterless label. She proudly boasts that no one in her family has ever divorced, reinforcing her traditional values.
Dimple further criticizes Aarambhi, calling her a gold digger despite all she has been given, claiming she lacks class. Avantika ponders that this might be why Vishwas hasn’t revealed her true nature to his family.
Later, Mannat discreetly attempts to pull the power connection, causing a blackout in the lab. She interprets this as divine intervention and feels a rush of hope. Just then, Aarambhi arrives, disguised as a technician, and instructs everyone to wait outside while she repairs the issue.
Meanwhile, Aishwarya is visibly anxious about her report. Dimple tries to console her, assuring her that nothing will go wrong because she is a good person. Mallika arrives, and Yashika expresses her suspicion that Mannat is behind the troubles they are facing, but Vikrant firmly defends Mannat, stating he knows her well. Yashika argues that people can change, and Vikrant challenges her to provide proof of Mannat’s wrongdoing. He reminds her that it was Mannat who suggested taking Aishwarya to the hospital, fearing she might be unfairly accused.
Mallika interjects, questioning Vikrant’s loyalty to Mannat, but he stands firm, telling her not to blame Mannat without evidence. He apologizes to Vishwas for his tone, acknowledging that women often overreact to minor issues, and he should get used to it.
Dimple supports Vikrant’s stance, and he reassures Aishwarya that Mannat would never harm her. However, Manmeet begins to feel pain in her abdomen, and Raj notices her discomfort. Concerned, she excuses herself to check on Arzoo’s report, while Raj becomes determined to uncover what is troubling her.
Meanwhile, Mannat and Aarambhi work together to change Aishwarya’s report. Aarambhi expresses her frustration that she was unable to alter the last page of the report. Manmeet takes the modified report to Vishwas, who reviews it carefully before pulling Vikrant aside. He reveals that the report indicates liver failure, shocking Vikrant, who immediately asks how this condition could have developed so suddenly. Manmeet explains that even Aarambhi, with her medical background, didn’t notice any symptoms, suggesting Aishwarya may have ignored them.
Vikrant, now panicking, asks what their next steps should be. Manmeet informs him that a liver transplant is necessary, but another doctor suggests starting with medication first, stating that a transplant may only be needed if there is no improvement. Aishwarya, overhearing this conversation, is visibly shaken. Vikrant turns to Yashika, questioning her for allowing Aishwarya to come, but she replies that she couldn’t stop her. Aishwarya is haunted by memories of her past wrongdoings toward Shruti and suddenly collapses.
From their hiding spot, Mannat and Aarambhi watch the unfolding drama. Mannat reflects that Aishwarya is finally experiencing the pain she has caused others, and she feels justified in punishing her for the death of her mother, Shruti.
Vikrant and Vishwas quickly reassure Aishwarya, urging her not to worry and emphasizing that medication might help her condition, encouraging her to stay calm.
Aarambhi turns to Mannat, apologizing for failing to change the last page of the report, admitting that their plan would have succeeded fully otherwise. Mannat comforts her, insisting that she is satisfied with seeing fear in Aishwarya’s eyes. Aarambhi suggests that they prescribe multivitamins and secretly replace Aishwarya’s liver medication to worsen her condition subtly.
Mannat expresses her gratitude for Aarambhi’s help in achieving their goals, and Aarambhi declares that she is fighting for justice, believing that Shruti would be proud of Mannat’s resolve. She also emphasizes that she is not like her biological mother, Aishwarya.
As Aarambhi prepares to leave, she mentions that she must go because Nandita had been following her earlier, which delayed her arrival. Just as Aarambhi exits, Nandita spots her disguised shoes and tries to follow her. However, Mannat cleverly pushes a stretcher into Nandita’s path, causing her to trip and fall.
Dimple arrives on the scene, inquiring about the commotion. Nandita insists that she saw Aarambhi at the hospital. Dimple informs Vishwas of Nandita’s claim, but he dismisses it, stating that Aarambhi cannot be there since he specifically asked her not to come. Nandita remains adamant, insisting she recognized Aarambhi’s shoes. Avantika suggests they video-call Aarambhi to clear up any confusion.
Vishwas calls Aarambhi, who answers and claims she is at the hospital to meet Mannat regarding party preparations. Mannat joins the call, confirming that Aarambhi is with her, which alleviates Vishwas’s doubts. After ending the call, Dimple scolds Nandita for creating unnecessary confusion and instructs Avantika to continue with the preparations for Saloja’s party. Despite this, Nandita remains convinced that she saw Aarambhi.
Later, Mannat urges Aarambhi to devise a plan to push Aishwarya toward needing a liver transplant, making it seem urgent. Aarambhi agrees, stressing that they must ensure no real harm comes to Aishwarya. Mannat searches online for ideas and presents several options. Aarambhi selects one, proposing a liquid plan that will induce dizziness in Aishwarya, making her condition appear critical. She assures Mannat that the plan is safe. Mannat concludes that their final scheme is now set in motion.
In the precap, Aarambhi heads to renew her medical license but spots Vishwas and feels a surge of fear. Meanwhile, Mannat is resolute in her plan to teach Aishwarya a lesson for the pain she caused her mother, Shruti.
