The episode begins with Aarambhi engaged in prayer, seeking blessings for Mannat. Vishwas approaches Aarambhi, expressing his desire to have a conversation with her. Shortly after, Yashika questions Vikrant about the condition of Arzoo’s health. He reveals that Arzoo requires a liver transplant, prompting Yashika to express her skepticism regarding Aarambhi’s credibility, as she is not a practicing doctor.
Vikrant counters her doubts by stating that Aarambhi is indeed a qualified doctor and a gold medalist; just because she is not currently practicing does not diminish her qualifications. Yashika points out that Vikrant’s family is dismissive of Aarambhi’s opinions. Vikrant acknowledges this issue, emphasizing that the lack of respect for Aarambhi’s insights is part of the problem.
Yashika accuses Vikrant of supporting Aarambhi solely because of his feelings for Mannat, claiming that he constantly defends her. Vikrant stands firm, asserting that Mannat is not in the wrong and that he is simply supporting the truth. Yashika reminds him that he publicly insulted her while defending Mannat.
Vikrant insists that he will not accept anyone’s word without evidence. If Yashika has doubts about him, he suggests she consult his mother for clarification. He admits that he did not initially trust Mannat when she asked him to believe her. Despite his desire to cancel the wedding, Yashika adamantly refuses to accept this decision.
Vikrant explains that Arzoo’s health is deteriorating, but Yashika counters by playing on his emotions, accusing him of being unable to move on from Mannat and plotting to call off the wedding. Vikrant responds with confusion, stating that he cannot betray any girl. Yashika reminds him of the support she provided during his difficult times and pleads with him not to cancel their wedding. Vikrant reassures her that he has no intention of hurting her.
However, Yashika presses him on whether he still has feelings for Mannat. Unbeknownst to them, Mannat overhears their conversation. Vikrant asserts that he has made the decision to move on with Yashika and believes there is no need for further explanation. This revelation leaves Mannat feeling heartbroken.
Later, Vishwas confronts Aarambhi about her failure to assist Avanthika with the event preparations, questioning why she left her to manage everything alone. Aarambhi responds by suggesting that Vishwas should first speak with his mother, who had instructed her to keep her distance. She explains that Vishwas’s mother disapproves of her middle-class background and had assigned all responsibilities to Avanthika.
Vishwas challenges her by asking why she did not support Avanthika when others mocked her. Aarambhi retorts that she could not defend her when she was not present. Avanthika then confronts Aarambhi, demanding to know how she could insult her family in front of outsiders. Aarambhi counters that it is Vishwas who is insulting her in front of Avanthika. As Avanthika attempts to intervene, Suneel asserts that this is a family matter and she should not get involved.
Dimple questions Aarambhi about why she told Arzoo that Vishwas did not donate his kidney to her. Aarambhi explains that her intention was to prepare Arzoo mentally for the situation, asserting that her motives were not malicious. She also emphasizes that even though she is not currently practicing medicine, she has the right to share her experiences as a former patient.
Vishwas accuses her of seeking revenge for the incident involving Manmeet, but Aarambhi responds with a sharp retort. He then questions her about blaming Avanthika for the tearing of her dress. Aarambhi challenges him on how he knows this detail since he was not present, implying that Avanthika must have informed him. She explains that Avanthika had asked her to conceal the incident to prevent a scene from unfolding.
Aarambhi mentions that she could have reviewed the CCTV footage to identify the culprit, but Avanthika had stopped her from doing so. Dimple accuses Aarambhi of making threats against Avanthika. Aarambhi responds by stating that she saw a surgical scalpel in Avanthika’s hand, leading her to suspect her involvement. She reminds Vishwas that he once referred to her as his “heart doctor” and questions why he would not trust her now.
In another scene, Mannat accidentally bumps into Vikrant, and they reminisce about their happier times together. Mannat expresses her intention to leave after his wedding, which makes Vikrant emotional. He hopes she will confess her feelings, while she anticipates a sincere apology from him. Both characters conceal their true emotions.
Vikrant requests that Mannat prepare a smoothie for him, and she thanks him for standing by her, expressing her surprise at his defense of her. She questions why he always demands proof instead of trusting her once.
Vikrant responds that it no longer matters since she is married to Dhairya and has a daughter named Dua. Mannat departs, and Yashika observes the lingering feelings between them, deciding that she will not allow Mannat to interfere with her plans.
Later, Aarambhi is in the kitchen preparing breakfast when she learns from Soundarya that someone has delivered the interview list to Vishwas. This news worries her, as she fears he might see her name on the list.
Saniya approaches Vishwas for assistance with her school project. Aarambhi quickly distracts him with juice while he signs the list of selected candidates. He notices the name “A.B. Chowdary” but does not connect it to Aarambhi. She feels a sense of relief, believing she has successfully passed the interview.
Saniya mentions her desire to state in her project that she wants to become a good doctor like her father and mother. Suneel suggests they visit the hospital to better understand the procedures, and Dimple encourages Aarambhi to take Saniya along. Aarambhi agrees, thinking her medical license has been renewed and that she will help Mannat achieve her goals.
Dhairya discusses their plan with Mannat, stating that once they execute their strategy and obtain justice for Shruti, they should relocate to Indore to live peacefully with Dua. Mannat agrees, holding back tears. Dhairya expresses his discontent with Vikrant for bringing them to this place, but Mannat argues that it has allowed them to discover that Aishwarya is living as Arzoo and is responsible for Sudha’s murder. She vows to take revenge and ensure that Aishwarya faces consequences for her actions.
At the hospital, Visakha mocks Aishwarya, which angers her. Mallika intervenes, advising Visakha to stop and offers lemon water to Aishwarya. Meanwhile, Mannat takes Saniya to the pathology lab for her project. Aarambhi pretends to record Saniya interviewing a lab technician while secretly altering the test results. Mallika arrives to collect the reports, and Aarambhi anxiously wonders whether her changes were saved. The technician prints the reports and hands them over to Mallika.
In another part of the venue, Mannat is overseeing decorators when Yashika approaches her, apologizing for her earlier insecurities. Vikrant arrives, and Yashika instructs the photographer to stage a rehearsal of wedding rituals for photos, asking Vikrant and Mannat to participate. Although initially hesitant, they agree, allowing themselves to relive some of their past moments together. Yashika, witnessing their interaction, becomes furious and intervenes to separate them. Mannat receives a message and decides to leave. Yashika resolves to undermine Mannat’s confidence before her wedding.
Aishwarya later asks Vishwas about her medical reports. After reviewing them, he informs her that the results are concerning and that she requires a liver transplant as soon as possible. Aarambhi, overhearing this conversation, expresses gratitude to Bappa for supporting their plan.
In the upcoming scenes, Aarambhi informs Mannat that Mallika is willing to donate her liver, but she hopes it will not be a suitable match. Mannat responds by stating that they need to ensure Mallika disappears. Meanwhile, Yashika reveals to Aishwarya her intention to make sure Mannat is out of the picture before her wedding to Vikrant.
