Shantanu explains to Rajat that Savi has given up on her aspirations of becoming an IAS officer after experiencing tragic events in her life. He reveals that although Savi received her admit cards for the exams, she never attended them. Shantanu advises Rajat to focus on his own well-being if he genuinely wants to support Savi. Later, they visit Savi, but when she sees Rajat, she reflects on their history and insists on speaking only with Shantanu. During their conversation, Shantanu acknowledges Rajat’s past mistakes. Respecting Savi’s wishes, Rajat agrees to keep his distance if that’s what she wants, but he reassures her that he will be there waiting for her.
Both Rajat and Savi are left lost in their thoughts as she continues her treatment.
Two days later, Bhagyashree visits Rajat, chastising him for neglecting himself and isolating himself at home without even changing his clothes. She questions him about what he’s trying to prove. Overcome with regret, Rajat confesses that he blames himself for Savi’s condition. Sai overhears their exchange and later approaches Savi, asking if she had a fight with Rajat because Savi has been avoiding him. Sai informs Savi that Rajat hasn’t eaten in two days and even went to the temple for her.
Innocently, Sai asks what “divorce” means. Surprised, Savi inquires where she heard that word. Sai explains that when people argue, they sometimes get divorced, and she asks if Savi will leave her. Savi reassures her that she will never abandon her. Sai then asks if she can bring Rajat in to talk, and Savi agrees. Delighted, Sai fetches Rajat.
As Sai encourages Rajat to apologize to Savi, she urges Savi to forgive him. However, Savi insists she only wants to talk to Rajat and sends Sai away. Rajat apologizes sincerely, but Savi refuses to forgive him, reminding him of their divorce and asking him to stay out of her life. Rajat pleads with her to think of Sai’s feelings, but Savi counters that he never considered Sai’s feelings when he made his choices. She tells him she intends to return to her own home once she is discharged. With a heavy heart, Rajat leaves.
Later, when Sai asks Rajat if Savi has forgiven him, he falsely claims that she has, wanting to protect Sai’s feelings. Bhagyashree and Raju are thrilled by this news, while Rajat wrestles with whether to reveal the truth. Shortly afterward, the doctor informs the family that Savi is ready to go home.
At the apartment, the family gathers to welcome Savi. When Sai insists that she come to their house, Savi states she plans to stay with Isha. As Sai goes to fetch the aarti for the welcome, Bhagyashree confronts Savi and Rajat about the situation. Savi clarifies that the divorce is finalized and she cannot live with them. Bhagyashree pleads with her not to punish Sai for Rajat’s mistakes and asks her to come home for the sake of Sai.
**Precap:** Rajat seeks Sai’s assistance in helping Savi remember her forgotten dreams. Sai pretends to be a younger version of Savi as Rajat motivates her to pursue her dream of becoming an IAS officer.
