The episode opens with Teju accidentally bumping into a guy, causing him to spill color all over Neel. Confused, she asks him what he’s doing there and questions whether he’s following her, as their paths crossed in both Amaravati and Trimbak. Neel responds that he is admiring the Aparajita flowers. Teju notes that he always seems a bit distracted whenever she sees him.
Teju’s friends arrive and encourage her to leave Neel alone, labeling him as an introvert. As they pull her away, Neel watches her thoughtfully, considering that Sanjivani was said to have been discovered near Aparajita flowers. He decides that he has found his Sanjivani in Teju and vows to see her as his personal Aparajita from now on.
Meanwhile, Bhushan asks Leena to fetch him some food, complaining of hunger. Neel puts a stop to that, insisting that no one eats until they finish their monthly blood tests. Bhushan, Alok, and Jeetu protest, asserting they’re perfectly healthy and don’t need testing. Neel, however, stands firm in his demands. Alok admits he is afraid of needles, prompting Neel to tease him.
Just then, Neel’s father, Vinod, comes home, and Neel tells him that he has arrived just in time to join the blood testing. Leena informs Vinod that the men are all getting tested. Vinod scoffs at the idea, claiming he is fit and doesn’t require it. Neel reminds him of his diabetes and the necessity of regular tests, but Vinod lies that he had one done at work. Neel sees through the excuse and calls him on it.
Despite Neel’s insistence, Bhushan, Vinod, Alok, and Jeetu all continue to refuse the test. Neel asks Leena to help convince them. When she questions why only the men are being tested, Neel explains that the women’s tests are scheduled for next week. Leena raises doubts about their necessity, but Neel brushes off her concerns.
Rithu Raj takes the initiative and volunteers for the blood test first. This prompts the others to reluctantly follow suit, with Neel even coaxing Alok into taking the test.
Meanwhile, Vedant calls out to Mukta for food. Mukta agrees to help but asks him to keep his voice down since Mohit isn’t feeling well. Teju makes a remark about Vedant’s loudness, prompting Mohit to interrupt her, joking that she’ll have to care for him after he dies. Teju scolds him for his morbid comment, and he replies that death is inevitable. Checking his blood pressure, Teju finds it worryingly high.
Mohit then brings out some Ayurvedic medicine, asking Teju to mix it with two teaspoons of water. When she inquires about the source of the medicine, he tells her it’s from someone who cares for him like a father. Teju suspects it might be his brother’s daughter and urges Mohit to introduce her, but Mukta steps in, reminding Teju that they had agreed not to discuss this matter.
As Mohit glances at his family, guilt washes over him as he realizes they are unaware of Lakshmi and Aditi, as well as Mukta and her children’s situations.
**Precap:** Neel offers Teju a ride when she finds herself stranded.
