The episode opens with Anjana urging Aditi to at least drink some juice. Bablu, eager to help, offers to feed Aditi himself. Just then, he receives a call from Choton, who informs him that he is on his way to see Aditi. Bablu excitedly tells Aditi that Choton is bringing her favorite sweets, which brightens her mood. Shortly thereafter, Choton arrives and insists that Aditi cannot go hungry. He manages to persuade her to eat, much to the delight of Aniruddh and Arshi, who are observing the scene. Choton confidently claims that Aditi can never refuse him and that she loves him the most. Meanwhile, Anjana steps inside the house, and Aniruddh takes a moment to thank her for her support. Arshi questions why he is thanking Anjana, pointing out that it was she who revealed the truth to Aditi first. Aniruddh explains that Anjana did the right thing by being honest with Aditi and expresses his relief that Aditi learned the truth from a family member. As Choton continues to feed Aditi, Aniruddh feels a sense of happiness seeing them together.
In a different part of the house, Surjeet is engaged in a conversation about a meeting, which Payal overhears. Curious, she asks him whom he was speaking to. Surjeet claims it was a call from the hospital and questions whether she has ever checked his phone. Payal asserts her right as his wife to see his phone and offers to show hers without hesitation. She presses him about whom he intends to meet after the surgery, but Surjeet insists that he was only discussing the surgery. Payal, however, is not convinced and tells him that she can tell when he is lying. Surjeet promises to show her his phone after returning from the hospital, as he is running late. Payal expresses her suspicion that he is hiding something from her, recalling how he broke her trust in the past. Surjeet defends himself, stating that nothing was ever proven in those instances. He also mentions that he never checked her phone because he trusts her, arguing that they should not fight over such trivial matters. Payal suggests that he might be influenced by Rishi, reminding him that Aditi loves Rishi deeply, even though Rishi married Jhanak in the village. She believes her reaction stems from Surjeet’s behavior.
Surjeet maintains that he is not doing anything wrong and refuses to swear on their children. Just then, he receives a call, and Payal, feeling suspicious, snatches the phone from him. She answers the call and puts it on speaker, revealing a woman on the other end who asks Surjeet why he hasn’t called her since leaving the house. Surjeet quickly tells her he will talk later and hangs up, insisting to Payal that Dr. Ashima is merely a colleague. He then leaves, while Payal is left pondering that she knows Surjeet is up to something.
Meanwhile, Rishi is discussing the importance of an upcoming exam with Mishti, who assures him that she is confident she will perform well. Abhimanyu reassures Mishti that there is no pressure from their side. Tanushri reminds Rishi to drop Mishti off on time, and he confirms that he is ready. He then asks Jhanak if she is prepared as well. Tanushri inquires if Rishi will also drop Jhanak, to which Dadabhai offers to take her to her center. Rishi insists that he can drop both Jhanak and Mishti since their centers are on the same route. Indumati suggests that Rishi should only drop Mishti, while Tanushri asks Abhimanyu to take her instead. Rishi questions the need for this discussion, stating he already offered to drop both girls. Neelu then volunteers to take Mishti, and Rishi agrees to drop Jhanak.
Surjeet interrupts, stating that they are wasting time and agrees with Rishi’s plan. Tanushri insists that Jhanak can go to her center alone and asks why Jhanak isn’t speaking up. Jhanak clarifies that she never asked Rishi for a ride. Rishi, confused, asks what the issue is since he is simply helping Jhanak. Neelu raises a concern about whether Aditi knows Rishi is dropping Jhanak. Rishi responds that Aditi is not home and questions whether he should seek her permission for such a minor matter. Tanushri argues that Jhanak should have requested Rishi’s help directly. Jhanak reiterates that she did not ask for a ride.
Mishti, wanting to defuse the tension, urges everyone to stop arguing, telling Rishi it’s time to go. Putul warns that if Aditi finds out, it could lead to a significant problem, so she decides to take Jhanak instead. Rishi expresses frustration, feeling that he should be able to make decisions independently and that he is merely assisting Jhanak. He notes that his family has been acting strangely lately. Tanushri counters that they are aware of the truth now, which is why they are concerned, mentioning that Jhanak has lied to them. Rishi defends Jhanak and asks them to stop insulting her. As Jhanak attempts to seek blessings from the elders, only Dadabhai responds positively, while the others remain silent. Mishti, however, receives blessings from everyone.
In the upcoming scenes, Aditi confronts Jhanak, accusing her of planning to ruin her life. Rishi steps in, urging Aditi to trust him, but Aditi retorts that if he cannot send Jhanak away, then that is not his problem. She demands that Rishi free her from their relationship if he cannot resolve the situation.
