The episode begins with Mangal observing that Rishi and Jhanak are peacefully sleeping. Kanka, sympathetic to Aditi’s feelings, acknowledges her situation and leads her to the room where Rishi is staying. Meanwhile, Sakhi informs Aditi that Rishi and Jhanak are a couple, which only adds to Aditi’s frustration. Dismissing their chatter as nonsense, Aditi knocks on the door of the room that Kanka has shown her.
When Rishi opens the door, he is taken aback to find Aditi standing there. Jhanak, equally shocked, looks at Aditi in disbelief. Aditi confronts Rishi, questioning how he can share a room with Jhanak. Rishi pleads with her not to misunderstand the situation. However, Aditi, feeling betrayed, accuses him of being a cheater. Rishi insists that she should hear him out, but Aditi is adamant, claiming she understands everything and labels Jhanak as characterless.
Jhanak, standing her ground, tells Aditi to stop her accusations. She asserts that if Aditi trusts Rishi, she should speak to him directly. Jhanak warns Aditi not to speak ill of her, explaining that Rishi came to stay with her willingly and that he is there to attend Nutan’s shradh. While she empathizes with Aditi’s feelings, Jhanak refuses to tolerate any further insults.

She explains that the villagers are pleased with Rishi’s support for Jhanak, but she feels lost since Rishi has chosen to attend Nutan’s shradh. Indumati asks what Rishi is doing, and Aditi bluntly states that Rishi has accepted Jhanak as his wife, a claim that Tanushri immediately disputes.
Aditi expresses her feelings of betrayal, lamenting that she was foolish to travel to Simulboni for Rishi. She urges her family to accept Jhanak since Rishi seems happy with her. Tanushri, overwhelmed with emotion, cries and questions how Rishi could do this to Aditi. Aditi firmly declares that she has ended her relationship with Rishi. Abhimanyu, confused by her statement, asks why she wouldn’t give Rishi another chance after this betrayal. Surjeet adds that Rishi should never have gone to Simulboni, while Payal expresses disbelief at Rishi’s actions. Indumati states that they will not accept Rishi and Jhanak’s marriage, but Aditi retorts that it doesn’t matter to Rishi.
In a dramatic turn, Tanushri threatens to commit suicide if Rishi accepts Jhanak as his wife, declaring that they will sever all ties with him if that happens.
