The episode begins with a tense atmosphere as Sanjhbati confronts Dadabhai, expressing her discontent with Rishi’s actions earlier in the day. Dadabhai, puzzled, asks what Rishi did that was so wrong. Rishi, defensive, insists that he did nothing wrong.
However, Dritimaan interjects, stating that Rishi has proven himself to be weak today. Rishi maintains his stance, claiming he has no regrets about his actions. Abhimanyu, seeking clarity, asks for specifics about what Rishi did.
Sanjhbati explains that Arya had come to the venue to watch Putul’s performance, and in a fit of anger, Rishi physically assaulted Arya.
Meanwhile, Arya is shown driving, visibly troubled as he reflects on Rishi’s harsh words and the painful conversation he had with Putul, who threatened to divorce him. Lost in thought, he becomes distracted and ends up in a car accident. Bystanders rush to his aid and take him to the hospital.
Back at the venue, Dritimaan recounts the events outside to the family, highlighting Rishi’s aggressive behavior. Dadabhai questions Rishi’s actions, asking why he chose to act like a goon.
Indumati adds that they did not raise him to behave this way, while Tanushri expresses her shame, asking him how he could take the law into his own hands as a police officer. Rishi responds defiantly, stating that he should have acted sooner and that he cannot remain silent while injustice is done to Putul.
Sanjhbati challenges Rishi, asking if he has ever considered what Putul truly wants. She reminds him that Arya and Putul are still husband and wife. Putul asks Arya to sit down, but he insists he is fine and wants to go home. In a surprising turn, he declares that he is freeing Putul from his life. This declaration brings tears to Putul’s eyes, but Arya reassures her, asking her not to cry because he still loves her.
