The episode begins with Jhanak’s friend Phool encouraging her to reach out to Rishi because they are all eager to hear his voice. Jhanak, however, is reluctant and insists that she does not want to talk to him. Phool and the other friends tease her about her feelings, suggesting that since Jhanak hasn’t called Rishi, he must be upset with her. Jhanak counters that Rishi hasn’t called her either, expressing her hurt feelings by reminding them that she has a heart too. Phool, determined to get them to communicate, urges Jhanak to call Rishi. After some hesitation, Jhanak agrees to make the call but insists that she won’t speak to him herself; instead, she suggests that Phool should talk to him.
Meanwhile, Sanjhbati approaches Rishi and inquires whether he has called Jhanak. Rishi replies that he has not, and he notes that Jhanak hasn’t reached out to him either. He explains that Jhanak seemed angry with him, so he has decided not to speak with her until the rituals are completed. Sanjhbati advises him to set aside his ego and join the family for shopping later that evening. Just as they are talking, Rishi receives a call. Phool introduces herself as Jhanak’s friend, and Rishi, surprised, asks who Jhanak is, smiling in amusement.
Jhanak, overhearing this, is taken aback and responds that she wouldn’t recognize Rishi either. Rishi, clarifying his position, tells Phool that he is busy and will talk to her later. Jhanak quips, asking if her voice sounds like Phool’s. Rishi compliments Phool’s sweet voice but playfully describes Jhanak as quarrelsome. Sanjhbati warns Rishi that Jhanak won’t let him off easily and leaves the conversation.
As the call continues, Rishi jokingly kisses the phone, which makes Jhanak blush. She asks him what he is doing, and Rishi, concerned, inquires about her well-being. He confesses that he is not feeling well because he hasn’t seen Jhanak in a few days. On the other side, Arshi attempts to call Rishi but receives no response. Frustrated, she declares that Rishi is ungrateful and vows not to let him ruin Aditi’s life. She then contacts Tanushri, who answers the call. Arshi expresses her anger, claiming that the entire family is ungrateful, just like Rishi. Tanushri tries to calm her down, urging her to listen. Arshi accuses Rishi of ruining Aditi’s life after using her, lamenting that Aditi has given so much to Rishi, only to be abandoned when he lost his memories.
Tanushri acknowledges that she has always supported Aditi but points out that she cannot force Rishi to stay with her. Arshi argues that they needed Aditi when Rishi was sick, but now that he has recovered, Aditi has become irrelevant to him. Tanushri reminds her that Aditi and Rishi are legally divorced. In a fit of anger, Arshi threatens that a mother’s curse will not spare them and vows to ruin Rishi’s life for what he has done to Aditi. Tanushri warns Arshi against seeking revenge, but Arshi hangs up the call, determined to take action.
Later, Tanushri discusses Arshi’s call with Indumati. Indumati reassures her not to worry, but Tanushri admits that her mind is racing with concerns about the future. Indumati suggests that it would have been better if Aditi had become friends with Rishi again. However, Tanushri insists that Aditi will not return to their house.
Neelu chimes in, expressing frustration that everyone seems ungrateful, while Putul defends Jhanak, stating that she deserves a chance. Tanushri points out that Rishi wants to be with Jhanak, who is currently the daughter-in-law of their house. Neelu expresses concern that Arshi could pose a danger to Rishi, but Tanushri tells her to be quiet, and Indumati encourages Neelu to stand by their side.
Meanwhile, Arshi meets with a lawyer to discuss Aditi and Rishi’s divorce. She explains that Rishi betrayed Aditi by marrying someone else. The lawyer informs her that Aditi is now free to marry again. Arshi, frustrated, requests advice on how to proceed. The lawyer explains that since Rishi married Jhanak after his divorce from Aditi, there isn’t much they can do. Arshi insists that Rishi wanted to withdraw from the divorce, but the lawyer clarifies that he cannot act without Rishi’s permission.
Arshi then proposes that the lawyer file a verdict against Rishi using a forged signature. The lawyer refuses, stating that it is not a simple matter and that Rishi would challenge it in court. Arshi offers to pay him, but the lawyer warns her that Rishi will fight back. Undeterred, Arshi suggests they use Rishi’s email to make it difficult for him to prove anything, and the lawyer agrees to help her if she sends the necessary documents.
Later, Aditi brings Aniruddh home and advises Arshi not to create any more trouble. Arshi retorts that Aniruddh can stay if he wants but also suggests he can ask her to leave if he prefers. Aditi mentions that Aniruddh has certain conditions, to which Arshi responds that she knows Aniruddh wants Jhanak to visit their house. Aditi reminds her that Jhanak is set to marry her ex-husband. Aditi insists she cannot force anyone to stay with her, stating that she wants their marriage to happen as soon as possible so she can move on with her life.
