The episode begins with UV questioning Gayatri about whether she has sacrificed her family for her ambitions. Gayatri attempts to meet his gaze, but she struggles to do so. Following Arjun’s instructions, she responds that sacrificing her family is indeed crucial for her goals. UV presses on, asking her if she is willing to leave her family behind to chase her dreams. Gayatri, feeling defensive, asks him who he thinks he is to pry into her personal matters.
At this point, Arjun intervenes, warning Gayatri to focus on the questions at hand; he threatens her by saying he will harm her son if she does not comply. Under pressure, Gayatri explains that she did not abandon her family, but rather made sacrifices that have led her to where she is now. UV is visibly hurt by her response, and Gayatri, still feeling agitated, asks again who is questioning her. Heartbroken, UV turns away and leaves the scene.

Meanwhile, Katha shares a heartfelt hug with UV’s cousins, united in their concern for him.
In the precap, the doctor warns that if they cannot arrange the blood in time, UV’s life will be in jeopardy. Katha brings Sheetal to the hospital, stating that she is willing to donate blood.
