The episode begins with a heated moment as Yuvi scolds Katha for accidentally dropping the bucket of water. Frustrated yet concerned, he decides to go fetch more water himself. As he steps outside, he asks the neighbors for permission to fill the bucket, only to be met with playful teasing about his inability to stay away from his wife. Both Yuvi and Katha feel a wave of discomfort wash over them, caught between their responsibilities and the prying eyes of the neighbors. They quickly retreat inside, seeking refuge from the laughter.
Inside, Vandana is taken aback when she sees Yuvi carrying the heavy bucket of water. Shocked, she urges him not to engage in such laborious tasks. Yuvi reassures her, insisting that it’s no big deal, before heading further into the house. However, Vandana turns her frustration toward Katha, scolding her for allowing Yuvi to carry the bucket. In response, Katha vents her frustrations, explaining that Yuvi simply doesn’t listen to her concerns. She also reveals her injuries, which only adds to Vandana’s worry.
Yuvi, ever the caring husband, returns with ointment for Katha, but she stubbornly refuses to apply it, insisting that she prefers using herbal remedies. She requests Naina to fetch her some neem paste, and Naina readily obliges, eager to help.
Once in her room, Katha overhears Yuvi venting his frustrations, expressing his irritation over her stubbornness. He mutters names under his breath, prompting Katha to argue back. Just then, Naina arrives with the neem paste, and after handing it to Katha, she makes an excuse to leave the room. Yuvi, curious about the paste, takes a sniff, prompting Katha to question him. He jokingly claims he’s just making sure she didn’t mix any gobar (cow dung) into it. With a playful but firm demeanor, he makes Katha sit on a chair and begins applying the paste to her injuries. Katha is momentarily speechless, taken aback by his unexpected tenderness.
After applying the paste, Yuvi asks if she feels any burning sensation from the ointment. Katha responds that the discomfort from the paste is far better than the pain his words often inflict on her. Yuvi is left momentarily speechless, realizing the weight of her statement.
Just then, Vandana enters the room, apologizing to both Katha and Yuvi for any inconvenience they may have caused each other. She takes a moment to bless their union with a traditional gadbandhan before leaving. Meanwhile, Naina becomes emotional as she reflects on her dreams of bringing Tejash to their home after her marriage, envisioning all the rituals they would perform together.
Later, Naina asks Katha if Yuvi will be joining them for dinner, noting that she hasn’t seen him eat with the family in a while. Katha assures her that she will ask him. Vandana joins the conversation, and Naina mentions the possibility of a food shortage. In response, Vandana suggests that they allow Yuvi, Katha, and Mohan to eat first, while she and Naina manage the leftovers. However, Katha refuses this suggestion, insisting that they should all eat together. Vandana remains firm, stating that Katha should share a meal with Yuvi as part of their marital ritual.
At that moment, Yuvi arrives, complaining about the discomfort of bathing in cold water. He overhears their discussion and, without hesitation, calls Sandy to arrange for food to be sent to Katha’s house.
When Katha approaches Yuvi, she asks if he is comfortable having dinner with her family. Yuvi tells her not to overthink it and heads to the dining area. Upon arrival, he is taken aback by the generous portion of food on his plate. Vandana and Katha misinterpret his shock, believing he is unaccustomed to such a hearty meal. Vandana praises Yuvi’s cooking skills, which brings a smile to his face. He playfully taunts Katha about her cooking, insisting that he should order food from his café instead. Katha is left speechless by his cheeky behavior.
Later, Mohan walks in with bags of food, curious about the commotion. Vandana explains that Yuvi ordered food for the family from his café. Yuvi enthusiastically unpacks the bags, encouraging everyone to dig in. He turns to Katha, acknowledging that she might be suspicious of his intentions, but Katha expresses her gratitude for his thoughtfulness towards her uncle and aunt. Despite her confusion over his generous gesture, Yuvi internally reassures himself that Chef Yuvi cannot bear to see anyone unhappy. A wave of nostalgia washes over him as he recalls the last meal he shared with his mother.
As the episode draws to a close, a mischievous act orchestrated by Naina and Prerna unfolds, resulting in Yuvi and Katha getting trapped inside a mosquito net. This unexpected turn of events brings them closer together, leaving viewers eagerly anticipating how their relationship will develop in the upcoming episodes.
