The episode opens with Rannvijay telling Vaiju that she should question him to understand his feelings. However, Vaiju retorts that she shouldn’t always have to be the one to understand him. Rannvijay ponders why Vaiju is changing and realizes that he may be responsible for it.
Meanwhile, Kunal brings an assortment of lights for Jaya, who admits she’s now afraid of the light. Kunal tries to joke with her, but Jaya remains lost in thought. She mentions that Vaiju has invited her, Kaveri, and Kunal to celebrate Makar Sankranti at the Moide Patil house. Kunal hesitates but ultimately agrees to go with her after she convinces him.
Later, Rannvijay returns to his room and finds Vaiju awake. The emotional song “Agar Tum Saath Ho” plays softly in the background. Kunal attempts to set up the lights but notices Jaya is still upset. That night, Rannvijay and Vaiju sleep with their backs turned to each other.
The next day, Rao Saheb creates a kite for Arhaan, explaining the joy of kite flying. Sulekha and Ragini boast that their rangoli will be the best. Vasundhara questions Rao Saheb about why he’s making kites by hand when they could simply be purchased. Arhaan chimes in, saying his grandfather told him there’s more fun in making kites from scratch.
Vaiju then brings sesame ladoos to Vasundhara, who feeds the first one to Vaiju before instructing her to share them with everyone. Vaiju passes one to Rannvijay but avoids speaking to him. Rannvijay approaches her and offers half of the ladoo, hoping to talk, but Vaiju remains silent, leaving him worried about her feelings.
Vasundhara mentions the ritual of applying turmeric and vermillion for married women and encourages Vaiju to partake, as she is newly married. Just then, Jaya arrives, stating she’s neither married nor has a husband. Vaiju invites her inside. Sulekha questions who invited Jaya and Kunal, and Vaiju admits she did, casting a glance at Rannvijay. Jaya reveals they brought gifts for everyone.
As Vasundhara prepares for the puja, she suggests that only Vaiju and Rannvijay participate, but Vaiju insists that Jaya join them as well. When Jaya tries to leave, Rannvijay encourages her to stay for lunch and enjoy kite flying with everyone since it’s a holiday. However, Vasundhara insists that only Vaiju and Rannvijay will perform the puja.
During the ritual, Vaiju notices that Rannvijay keeps glancing at Jaya, even while sitting next to her. When the priest instructs Rannvijay to hold Vaiju’s hand, she hesitates. Suddenly, Jaya feels unwell, prompting Rannvijay to rush to her side, much to Kunal’s shock when he sees Rannvijay holding Jaya in his arms. Jaya quickly regains her composure, bringing relief to everyone.
Rao Saheb announces that they will perform a play for the people of Bhoomipur, with Vaiju and Rannvijay dressing as Krishna and Rukmini. Vasundhara shares stories of Krishna’s love for Radha and Rukmini as the atmosphere fills with excitement.
The episode concludes with Jaya reflecting on her life and deciding that it’s time for her to move forward.
