The episode begins with a flashback of Jaya asking Rannvijay to promise that he will never leave her alone. Rannvijay solemnly agrees, but Vaiju reflects on this promise with concern, questioning what has gone wrong in their relationship.
At breakfast, Rannvijay invites Jaya to join them, but Sulekha mentions that no one has cooked because she was busy with puja. Jaya offers to bring bread and butter for everyone, while Sulekha takes a jab at Vaiju for not fulfilling her household duties. Just as Jaya returns with the bread and butter, Vaiju appears with Puran Poli.
Jaya and Sulekha tease Vaiju while Nagraj praises the Puran Poli, wrongly assuming Jaya made it. When he learns it was actually Vaiju who cooked, he refuses to eat it. In the midst of serving breakfast to Rannvijay, Jaya and Vaiju inadvertently create a situation where Rannvijay leaves the table without having eaten. Jaya tries to catch up with him to offer breakfast, but he refuses. In a moment of distress, Jaya suddenly faints, and Rannvijay rushes her to the hospital.
Concerned for Jaya’s health, Vaiju calls Rannvijay for an update. He chastises her for arguing with Jaya about breakfast, leaving Vaiju feeling hurt. When he meets with the doctor, Rannvijay inquires about Jaya’s repeated fainting spells and requests further tests. The doctor eventually reveals that Jaya is pregnant, leaving Rannvijay in shock.
Upon reaching Jaya, she confirms that it’s her baby with Kunal but insists that Rannvijay should not inform Kunal about the pregnancy. She vows to be the sole parent, insisting to the baby that she is enough. The doctor warns Rannvijay that Jaya’s pregnancy is complicated and that she must avoid stress.
Meanwhile, Kaveri is at the hospital and apologizes to Vaiju for her previous behavior. Just then, a nurse arrives to inform Vaiju that she is pregnant, and Kaveri congratulates her. Vaiju expresses her desire to share the good news with Rannvijay, believing it will bring him joy and strengthen their relationship. Talking to her baby, Vaiju resolves to introduce him to his father.
When Rannvijay arrives home, he is confused by Vaiju’s statements. She shyly reveals her pregnancy, and Rannvijay is overjoyed, thanking her for giving him the second most joyful moment of his life (the first being her presence). He insists that she should take it easy during her pregnancy and that they will be the best parents together.
However, this joyous moment turns out to be Vaiju’s imagination. Excitedly, she rushes downstairs, only to find Rannvijay revealing that Jaya is pregnant. He explains his decision to give his name to Jaya’s baby so the child can lead a normal life.
The episode concludes with Vaiju feeling unable to share her own pregnancy news with Rannvijay and the family.
