Later, Vasundhara questions Rannvijay about his trip to Singapore, but Jaya interrupts, reminding her that their main priority is Vayu. Rannvijay and Vayu decide to play chess together. Vasundhara expresses concern to Jaya about Rannvijay’s constant pain and the broken state of their family. Meanwhile, after school, Vaiju meets Vani, who helps her create a trophy cutout as a surprise.
Vayu calls Vaiju to tell her that he and his parents will visit the next day. Vaiju notices a chessboard on his bed and asks if he plays. He tells her he enjoys chess with Rannvijay. Vani encourages him to call her braveman, but Vayu mentions he just left. Vaiju reassures Vani, promising that she will see him tomorrow.
