Just as she begins to work, Adit approaches her and stops her, sensing her stress. Concerned, Kusum asks Adit why he looks so tense and if everything is alright. Adit, with a hint of worry in his voice, apologizes to Kusum and explains that he is anxious about the possibility of a delay in the dispatch.
In the midst of their conversation, Kusum receives a call that brings distressing news—Gayatri has fallen ill. Realizing she needs to attend to this urgent matter, she informs Adit that she has to leave immediately. Adit, ever the supportive colleague, offers to walk her to the car, showing his concern for her well-being.
Meanwhile, Mangal, who has been quietly observing the packing process, opens one of the boxes and is taken aback by what she discovers inside: fake currency. Realizing the significance of this find, she quickly takes a picture of the counterfeit money for evidence. Just then, Adit approaches Mangal and asks if they can leave for their meeting. Mangal agrees, but her mind is racing with the implications of what she has just seen.
Later, Adit and Mangal arrive at their presentation with Jairaj, who is a potential investor for their company. As they present their ideas, Jairaj commends Mangal for her increased efficiency, attributing her growth to Adit’s guidance. This acknowledgment boosts Mangal’s confidence.
After the presentation, Jairaj informs Adit that he is willing to invest in their venture and suggests they discuss the financial details further. He asks Mangal to fetch some tea, and she readily agrees, eager to contribute.
As Mangal brings the tea, Jairaj takes a sip and immediately reacts to the unexpected spiciness, realizing that she has added chili to it. Adit, sensing the awkwardness, takes the money from Jairaj, thanking him for the investment before making his exit.
Once Adit leaves, Jairaj turns to Mangal and reveals that he was merely pretending to be his old self during the meeting so that Adit wouldn’t suspect anything amiss. Mangal admits she was also acting for the same reason, and they share a laugh, enjoying the moment of camaraderie. Mangal expresses her gratitude to Jairaj for allowing her to join Pehla Swaad, acknowledging the opportunity it has provided her.
Meanwhile, Adit is on the phone with Sowmya, informing her that he has received the investment money. He then hands the money over to Aarav, who is responsible for managing the funds. Mangal, however, is keenly observing Aarav and notices him placing the money in the car. Seizing the moment, she creates a distraction and skillfully swaps the suitcase containing the fake currency without Aarav noticing.
Feeling a sense of urgency, Mangal calls Ishana, revealing her desire to make things right for both herself and Aarav. Ishana, curious about Mangal’s intentions, asks how she plans to do so. Mangal explains her plan, hinting at a course of action that could rectify their current predicament.

Back at the location, Aarav hands the money over to Sowmya. However, when she checks the bills, her expression changes as she realizes that all the currency is fake. Alarmed, she immediately calls Adit to inform him of the situation. Adit, sensing the urgency, assures her that he is on his way.
Meanwhile, Ishana reflects on Mangal’s earlier words about wanting to make things right. She recalls Mangal mentioning that she had prepared breakfast for her and Aarav. With concern, Ishana heads to the location where Aarav is supposed to be and asks the security guard about the interview.
The guard informs her that there is no interview happening at the marriage hall, leaving Ishana perplexed. When she calls Aarav to check on him, he lies, claiming he is in an interview before abruptly ending the call. Ishana, feeling betrayed by his dishonesty, becomes upset.
In a twist of fate, Jairaj and Mangal accidentally collide with Adit’s car while trying to catch up with him. Adit steps out, visibly annoyed, and scolds them for the accident. However, he fails to recognize them due to their helmets, which adds a layer of irony to the encounter. After the brief confrontation, Adit drives away, unaware of the identities of the people he just interacted with.
Adit soon arrives at Sowmya’s location, where she scolds him for accepting fake currency from Jairaj. Adit insists that he checked the money and believed it to be genuine. Sowmya, growing suspicious of Aarav, questions him about the situation.
Aarav, feeling defensive, claims he did not touch the money. A heated argument ensues, with Sowmya expressing her distrust in Aarav and insisting that he should not be involved in their next mission, CR Papa. Aarav, however, is adamant that he will participate, determined to prove his worth.
As tensions rise, Adit intervenes, stating that he trusts Aarav and emphasizing the need for unity among the team to find a solution to their problems. Unbeknownst to them, Mangal and Jairaj are watching the unfolding drama through binoculars and listening in with a microchip, realizing that their plan to create division within Adit’s team has failed.
Mangal feels disheartened as she understands that they could not separate Adit from his allies. Jairaj comments on the situation, sharing in her disappointment.
Later, Aarav returns home, where he is confronted by Ishana about his recent lies. Mangal, witnessing the confrontation from a distance, feels a mix of concern and regret for the situation unfolding around them.
