At the temple, Kusum takes a moment to speak with Adit. She reminds him that his divorce from Mangal never actually took place, which she views as a blessing from God. Kusum urges Adit not to squander this second chance; she encourages him to seek forgiveness from Mangal, to accept her fully, and to restore her rights as his wife. Meanwhile, Mangal is busy preparing to light the diya at the temple. Ishana suggests that Adit should light the diya alongside her mother, and he agrees. Together, they light the diya, a gesture that makes Sowmya seethe with anger as she watches them interact. Akshat, filled with joy, announces that their family has their home back and that his parents are living together again. He gleefully takes the hands of both Mangal and Adit as they all join in prayer. Frustrated and feeling sidelined, Sowmya storms away from the scene.
Back at home, Mangal is organizing the clothes of Kusum and Sudesh in the cupboard, preparing their room. Adit surprises Mangal with a new phone, having learned that she lost hers in a recent explosion. Initially hesitant, Mangal eventually accepts the gift after Adit insists. He expresses his gratitude for her role in helping them regain their home, to which Mangal responds that she acted for the sake of the children and her parents. Kusum silently prays for the family’s continued happiness.
In a pivotal moment, Adit asks Mangal if she can ever forgive him and consider giving their marriage another chance. Mangal, taken aback, requests some time to think about it. Just then, a commotion arises as Ishana shouts for help, prompting them to rush to her side, where they find Akshat unconscious.
At the hospital, the doctor examines Akshat and informs Adit and Mangal that his condition is serious and that his test results are concerning. He reveals that Akshat has suffered a minor heart stroke and explains that he has congenital heart disease, which has progressed to an advanced stage. The doctor advises them to keep Akshat away from stress and to ensure he remains happy. Mangal, visibly shaken, asks if Akshat will recover, and the doctor reassures them that surgery can be arranged, urging them to avoid letting Akshat exert himself.
Once they bring Akshat home, Kusum immediately inquires about his condition, but Adit chooses to conceal the seriousness of the situation. Ishana playfully teases Akshat, and just as he prepares to run, Mangal intervenes, cautioning him to be careful. Kusum presses Mangal for details about the doctor’s visit, but Adit interrupts, insisting that everything is fine and sending everyone off to bed. Meanwhile, Sowmya, observing the unfolding events, resolves to uncover the truth behind Adit and Mangal’s secret.
