The episode begins with Mangal questioning Pooja about the source of the matki they received. Pooja reveals that Adit was the one who gave it to them. Mangal expresses concern over Adit’s decision to include glass pieces in the matki, suspecting it was intended to harm her.
In a separate incident, Monisha collides with Pratima and rudely accuses her of not paying attention while walking. Upon realizing it is Pratima, Monisha quickly apologizes. Pratima reprimands Monisha for visiting her house. Kusum steps in to encourage Pratima to forgive Monisha. Monisha insists she will leave after the pooja concludes and walks away. Kusum then takes Pratima to add tulsi leaves to the prasad.
Adit confronts Monisha about her overly friendly demeanor and inquires about her intentions. Monisha dismisses him, asking him to stop bothering her before leaving. Adit regrets his involvement and decides to exit the situation. Meanwhile, Monisha secretly adds powder to a juice, believing that if Mangal sees her with Kapil, it will lead to the end of Mangal’s engagement. She sends the tainted juice to Kapil.
Mangal approaches Adit to ask if he was responsible for giving the Pehlawali Matki to the Pehla Swaad ladies. Adit confirms this and explains that Monisha requested his assistance. Realizing that Monisha has ulterior motives, Mangal resolves to uncover her scheme. Adit receives a phone call and departs.
Later, Mangal offers prasad to Monisha, who takes it and discreetly messages Adit to bring Mangal to Kapil’s room in five minutes, planning to lead Kapil there herself. Adit is puzzled by her intentions. Kusum hands her phone to Adit, asking him to troubleshoot it. At that moment, Kapil receives the spiked juice and is about to drink it when Pratima calls him away, causing him to set the juice on the table. Monisha bribes a server to ensure the juice reaches Kapil once more.
As Mangal prays to Bal Gopal for guidance, she is distracted when a cloth from the idol flies, prompting her to catch it. In the process, she accidentally drops Monisha’s bag and quickly puts the items back inside before leaving.
The server delivers the juice to Kapil again. Mangal encounters Kapil, causing some juice to spill on him, and she apologizes. Kapil heads off to clean himself, taking the juice along. Adit asks Mangal to fetch him a charger. Meanwhile, Monisha enters Kapil’s room and discovers he has consumed the juice. Believing her plan is working, she attempts to embrace him, but Kapil, still aware, questions her actions. Monisha is taken aback, and just then, Mangal walks in.
Kapil urges Mangal not to misinterpret the situation. Mangal reveals that Monisha was responsible for sending him the spiked juice but switched the glass when she bumped into Kapil. Kapil confronts Monisha about her intentions. Mangal vows to expose Monisha and begins to drag her downstairs, while Monisha pleads with Kapil to intervene.
In the hall, Mangal demands that Monisha confess to her wrongdoing—mixing sleeping medicine into Kapil’s juice with the intent of getting close to him to sabotage Mangal’s marriage. Monisha vehemently denies the accusation. Mangal presents the spiked juice and challenges Monisha to drink it to prove her innocence. Monisha refuses, pushing the glass away. Adit grows concerned that Monisha may implicate him. Mangal asserts that Monisha’s refusal to drink the juice indicates her guilt. Monisha appears anxious.
