The episode opens with Mangal in a state of disbelief after witnessing Adit alive. Overwhelmed by a mix of emotions, she turns away from the temple, trying to process the shocking revelation. As she attempts to follow him, Jairaj intervenes, cautioning her about the impending storm and questioning her involvement in someone else’s conflict. A nearby lady observes the scene, and in the ensuing confusion, Jairaj realizes he is holding the wrong woman’s hand instead of Mangal’s.
Meanwhile, Mangal’s determination grows as she spots Adit leaving on a bike. Without hesitation, she hires an auto rickshaw and instructs the driver to follow him. Despite Jairaj’s calls for her to stop, Mangal remains focused on her goal, oblivious to his concerns.
In another part of the city, Ishana dances in frustration, her movements fueled by memories of her past with Adit and Mangal. As she loses her balance and nearly falls, Aarav quickly comes to her aid, helping her regain her footing. Grateful for his assistance, Ishana thanks him profusely. Aarav, with a playful smirk, mentions that he is moving out of the outhouse and invites her to his housewarming party, promising to cook Chinese food for her. Intrigued, Ishana agrees to join him, unaware of the underlying motives behind his invitation.
Back in the streets, Mangal is perplexed by Adit’s sudden departure despite their encounter. She watches as he parks his bike and, after paying the auto driver, begins searching for him. Displaying his photograph to passersby, she desperately seeks any information that could lead her to him. Nearby, children are joyfully playing Holi, and as colors fly through the air, Adit finds himself splattered with vibrant hues. He approaches a hand pump to wash the colors off his face, and in a surprising turn, Mangal splashes water on him. Stunned, Adit turns to face her, and both are momentarily frozen in shock at their unexpected reunion.
As this unfolds, Ishana tries to reach Aarav, informing him of her impending arrival. However, her plans are thwarted when Shubhi collides with her, reminding her to inform Maasi of her whereabouts and recalling a previous incident at the pub. Ishana, feeling constrained, refuses to comply. In an unexpected move, Shubhi locks Ishana in a room and leaves, leaving Ishana shouting for help. Aarav, still on the phone, hears her cries and realizes that his carefully crafted plan is in jeopardy.
Back at the scene, Mangal suddenly collapses, overwhelmed by the emotions of the moment. Adit rushes to her side, helping her regain her composure. Mangal, still in disbelief, expresses her joy at seeing him alive, mentioning how happy her mother would be if she knew. Meanwhile, in a separate setting, Kusum lights a lamp in front of Adit’s photograph, mourning the loss of her son, while Gayatri offers her comfort.
Adit, confused by Mangal’s familiarity, questions her identity and why she threw water on him. Mangal continues to call him “Adit Ji,” but Adit insists she is mistaken and prepares to leave. Just then, a man calls out to Adit, referring to him as Ashish and asking where he has gone. Adit, now identified as Ashish, departs with the man, leaving Mangal in disbelief. She attempts to follow him, but Jairaj steps in, asserting that her family sent him to ensure her safety and urging her to return home. Mangal resists, determined to pursue Adit, but Jairaj insists she is his responsibility for the day, reminding her that following someone at her age is unwise. Mangal, undeterred, walks away from him.
Meanwhile, Aarav, sensing an opportunity, calls Ishana, fabricating a story about burning himself while cooking and requesting her assistance. Ishana, concerned, agrees to help. She asks Shubhi to unlock the door, but Shubhi refuses, leaving Ishana trapped. As the phone network goes down, Ishana frantically searches for an escape route from the room.
Back on the streets, Mangal realizes Adit has slipped away once more and resumes her frantic search. A passerby notices her distress and inquires about whom she is looking for. Mangal shows him Adit’s photograph, and the man, recognizing the name, provides her with Adit/Ashish’s address. Grateful for the assistance, Mangal thanks him and sets off with renewed determination to find Adit.
