The episode opens with a tense atmosphere as the doctor examines Shruthi, who appears to be in a fragile state. Aishwarya, feigning concern, hovers nearby, her insincere demeanor evident to those around her. The doctor advises Shruthi to take some time to rest and recover. In a manipulative tone, Aishwarya blames Mannat for Shruthi’s condition, claiming that the women who attacked her did so because they recognized her as Mannat’s mother. Aishwarya insists that their anger was directed at Shruthi due to Mannat’s unwavering support for Anirudh, whom they view as a criminal.
Meanwhile, Mannat arrives home and is taken aback by the sight of her mother’s distress. She rushes towards Shruthi, but Mallika intervenes, blocking her path. Mallika accuses Mannat of being the cause of Shruthi’s suffering, asserting that her support for Anirudh has led to this unfortunate situation. She emphasizes that Shruthi’s blood pressure is dangerously high, implying that Mannat’s choices have directly impacted her mother’s health.
Mannat, feeling defensive, demands that Mallika stay away from her mother. Mallika pretends to comfort Shruthi while simultaneously undermining Mannat’s intentions. Neetu joins the fray, chastising Mannat for her continued support of Anirudh. She reminds Mannat of the sacrifices Shruthi has made for her, labeling Mannat as ungrateful and stubborn for not abandoning Anirudh. Vikrant, overhearing this exchange, becomes increasingly frustrated with the blame being placed on Mannat.
Kiran, another key figure in the family, declares that she will not support Aishwarya in any of her endeavors. However, she coldly remarks that it might have been better if Shruthi had died at the time of Mannat’s birth. This comment incites Vikrant, who urges Kiran to stop dwelling on the past and to focus on their current lives instead.
Feeling the weight of the accusations, Mannat turns to Shruthi, seeking an explanation for her silence. Shruthi finally speaks, revealing her disappointment in Mannat for choosing Anirudh over her. She questions whether Mannat truly believes she can have a peaceful life while standing by someone like Anirudh. Shruthi expresses her pride in raising Mannat well, but now feels like a failure. Overwhelmed by emotion, Mannat storms out of the room.
Vikrant confronts Neetu, questioning why she is meddling in Mannat’s family issues. Neetu retorts, asking Vikrant if he would support Mannat if she were in Shruthi’s condition. Frustrated, he leaves the room in anger.
In a bold move, Mannat decides to spike everyone’s food, determined to take a stand against Aishwarya Rai Singh. Shalini, her accomplice, expresses concern about the risks involved, but Mannat insists that she must fight against Aishwarya at any cost. Shalini then shares a video of Rajinder, which they plan to use as leverage against Mallika. After spiking the food, they leave the scene.
Later, as Mannat sleeps, Shalini and another friend sneak in to remove her blanket, revealing their playful intentions. Mallika, sensing a prank, claims she isn’t afraid of Mannat’s antics. However, Mannat surprises her by attacking with Rajinder’s stick, invoking fear in Mallika. To heighten the tension, Mannat plays a recording of Rajinder’s threatening voice, causing Mallika to panic and flee in search of help.
In her frenzied state, Mallika races to her parents, who are sound asleep, but Mannat pulls her down, tying a rope around her leg to prevent her escape. As Mallika seeks refuge, she calls for Dadi, who is also asleep. In a dramatic turn, Shalini splashes fake blood on Mallika, adding to the chaos. Mannat knocks down a photo of Rajinder, further intensifying Mallika’s fear.
Mallika, overwhelmed, hides in a temple, desperately trying to escape the perceived threat. Shalini then ties a knot around Mallika’s neck, pulling her back to demonstrate the gravity of her situation. Mallika struggles to breathe but is eventually released, collapsing in a faint from sheer terror.
Mannat reflects on her inability to extract a confession from Mallika regarding the truth of Rajinder’s death. Just then, Vikrant enters the scene, prompting Mannat to hide from him. He alerts everyone to the commotion, and in a state of panic, Mallika begins to babble incoherently, claiming that Dada has returned to seek revenge on her for his death. Gagan, confused by her ramblings, demands clarification. In a moment of revelation, Mannat asserts that Mallika is admitting to having killed Dada.
