The episode begins with Mannat in a state of despair, confiding in her friend Shruthi about the dire situation involving the children at the orphanage. Her voice trembles with emotion as she reflects on the innocence of the little ones caught in this crisis. Shruthi, sensing Mannat’s deep sorrow, reassures her that they must not give up hope. She encourages Mannat to prepare a medicine that could help stabilize the children’s condition until the doctor arrives. Despite her grief, Mannat struggles to focus on the task at hand, her hands shaking as she attempts to concoct the remedy.
As the tension in the air builds, Shruthi suddenly coughs, choking on the smoke that fills the room. Vikrant rushes in, taking charge of the situation. He gently leads Shruthi away from the smoke and assures her that he will handle everything. Just then, a thunderclap reverberates outside, causing Mannat to flinch in fear. Vikrant notices her distress and comforts her, helping her to regain her composure. Together, they prepare the medicine, working quickly to aid the ailing children.
However, the situation escalates when Shalini bursts in with alarming news: Aditya is spitting up blood. Mannat and Vikrant quickly administer the medicine to the children, desperate to alleviate their suffering. Meanwhile, Mallika, ever the opportunist, records the unfolding chaos on her phone, her mind racing with thoughts of how to manipulate the situation. She believes that everyone will blame Mannat for the incident, and her plan begins to take shape.
In a moment of confrontation, Mannat accidentally collides with Mallika, causing her phone to drop and the video to be deleted. Furious, Mallika turns to Aishwarya, urging her to prove her loyalty by speaking out against Mannat. Aishwarya, confused, asks Vikrant what is happening. She speculates whether Mannat might have tampered with the food. Vikrant quickly defends Mannat, lying that he was the one who cooked, insisting that she is not at fault. He warns Aishwarya that questioning Mannat also reflects poorly on him. Frustration simmers within Mallika as she watches the situation unfold.
Seeking a private moment to vent her anger, Mallika retreats to the washroom. There, she manages to recover the deleted video and sends it to Puneet, who is eager to exploit the situation. Puneet contacts the inspector, leaking the footage and framing Mannat as someone attempting to poison the orphanage children. He urges the inspector to investigate the matter immediately to protect the children.
As Mannat and Vikrant anxiously await news about the children’s condition, the doctor arrives with grim news: the children have been severely affected by a deadly poison. Mallika, eavesdropping, realizes the gravity of the situation. Shortly after, the forensic team arrives to examine the food, discovering that poison was mixed into the wheat flour. Aishwarya seizes the opportunity to frame Mannat, accusing her of being responsible for the poisoning. The constable pushes Aishwarya aside, but Vikrant and Shruthi step in to defend her. Shruthi insists that Mannat is innocent, pleading with the constable not to arrest her.
Despite their protests, the constable takes Mannat into custody. As the situation escalates, his assistant informs Vikrant that someone leaked the footage, which has gone viral, attracting the media to the orphanage. Mannat is dragged away, and Shruthi’s concern for her friend grows. Puneet arrives, feigning concern and promising to manage the situation. Vikrant, however, is furious, rejecting Puneet’s offer of help. He accuses Puneet of prioritizing his ego over their business and points out that he was absent when Vikrant needed support. Vikrant asserts that he can handle the crisis without Puneet’s interference, leaving in a fit of anger.
Mallika, pleased with the chaos she has orchestrated, comforts Puneet, praising him for his cunning. She reminds him that this is a non-bailable case, meaning Mannat cannot escape the consequences. With a sinister glint in her eye, she suggests it is time to enact “option B,” hinting at further plans to undermine Shruthi and Mannat.
Meanwhile, the inspector interrogates Mannat, subjecting her to threats and humiliation. Despite the pressure, Mannat maintains her innocence, insisting she did nothing wrong. The harsh treatment only intensifies her distress. Later, Shruthi tries to reach out to a lawyer for assistance, but Raveena confronts her, labeling Mannat a criminal. Shruthi defends her daughter, asserting that Mallika and Aishwarya must have conspired against Mannat to frame her.
In a dramatic turn, Mallika stirs up trouble by instigating Neetu against Shruthi. In the ensuing confrontation, Neetu pushes Shruthi, but Vikrant intervenes, scolding his mother for her behavior. Mallika pretends to care for Shruthi, assuring Vikrant that she tried to mediate between them but was ignored. She feigns concern for Mannat’s well-being, manipulating the situation to her advantage.
As the episode draws to a close, Mannat learns from the constable that the children are now out of danger. Grateful, she thanks God for their safety, but the ominous clouds of betrayal and manipulation loom overhead, setting the stage for further conflict in the episodes to come.
