The episode begins with Megha believing she has figured out Navjot’s plan, but she refuses to accept defeat and is determined to do anything for Arjun’s happiness. She heads downstairs and apologizes to Navjot. Navjot opens the car door, and Megha gets inside, confronting Navjot about what happened in the room. She accuses Navjot of really trying to strangle her but says she is there to talk nonetheless. Manmeet, standing nearby, wonders what they are discussing since he can’t hear anything.
Megha expresses to Navjot that they both love Arjun dearly and cannot stand to see him hurt. She reminisces about how happy Arjun used to be and insists they need to come together for his sake. Megha requests Navjot not to direct any negativity towards her baby, imploring her to at least spare the unborn child from curses.
Navjot coldly replies that Arjun was happy before Megha entered his life, and he will be happy even after she leaves. She threatens to remove Megha from Arjun’s life for good and shows her a vial of glass powder, stating that she intends to mix it into the laddu she will prepare for Megha. She dares Megha to stop her if she can, then gets out of the car, claiming their misunderstanding is cleared. Arjun thanks Navjot, to which she professes her willingness to do anything for him, including opening the door for Megha and leading her inside.
Later, in the kitchen, Navjot prepares the laddu and reminisces with Ranjeeta about making laddu when Shagun was pregnant with Arjun. She then requests some clothes from Ranjeeta, who moves away. Navjot secretly mixes the glass powder into the laddu, which Megha notices. Meanwhile, Arjun snaps a picture of Navjot and Ranjeeta, and Navjot asks him to take a photo with Megha as well.
The baby shower ceremony begins, and Arjun presents a gift to Megha. Navjot instructs Manmeet to bring the laddu, and he hands her a plate. Navjot announces her intention to feed laddu to Megha and encourages her to open her mouth. As Navjot attempts to feed her, Megha recalls Navjot’s previous words and suddenly pushes Navjot’s hand away, shocking everyone.
Megha accuses Navjot of wanting to harm their baby, claiming she witnessed her mixing glass powder into the laddu. Navjot feigns innocence, insisting she prepared the laddu with Ranjeeta and questions why anyone would add glass powder. Megha stands firm, insisting it was Navjot who did it and urging her to show everyone the glass powder box.
Arjun, exasperated, tells Megha to stop. Navjot holds up the box, asking Megha if this is what she means. Megha insists Navjot had shown the same box in the car earlier. Navjot retorts that she will eat the laddu herself to prove her innocence and takes a laddu from the plate, tossing it into her mouth.
