Popular Indian television actor Neil Bhatt, widely recognized for his roles in Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin and the recently concluded Megha Barsenge, is all set for an exciting comeback. The actor has been confirmed as the male lead in Star Plus’ new show titled Mr & Mrs Parshuram, produced by Blues Productions.
This marks Bhatt’s return to Star Plus, where he previously gained immense popularity portraying DCP Virat Chavan. Following the end of Megha Barsenge—which aired its final episode in 2025—fans have been eagerly awaiting his next project, and this one promises high-octane action blended with family emotions.
The show is a Hindi adaptation of the popular Star Jalsha Bengali series Parashuram (also known as Parashuram – Ajker Nayok), which revolves around a man leading a double life: an ordinary family man by day and an undercover spy agent by night. The Hindi version elevates this concept, featuring the lead couple as spy agents balancing dangerous missions with parenthood, as teased in recent promos showing them on high-stakes operations with their children in tow.
The narrative is expected to be packed with intrigue, emotional depth, and dramatic twists, exploring how secret lives intersect with family responsibilities. While the female lead and full cast details are yet to be announced, Bhatt’s casting has already generated significant buzz among fans.
The news broke on December 23-24, 2025, with exclusive reports confirming Bhatt’s involvement shortly after wrapping up his previous commitments. No official launch date has been revealed yet, but the show is anticipated to premiere in early 2026.
