The episode begins with Seher expressing her concern to Mahid about his struggle with anger management. She suggests that counseling might be the most effective way for him to gain control over his emotions. Mahid, however, responds defensively, insisting that no one should dare to discuss his illness in his presence. He appreciates Seher’s directness in addressing the issue with him, which adds a layer of complexity to their relationship.
Later, Husna takes the opportunity to call Parvez, voicing her displeasure that he has not reached out since Seher’s wedding. With Ramadan approaching, she reminds him that he has yet to bring gifts to her in-laws’ house, questioning whether he has forgotten about this important ritual. Parvez reassures her that he will definitely visit with the gifts, and Husna requests that he bring Kausar along as well, expressing her fondness for her. Parvez nods in agreement, but Husna has ulterior motives, contemplating how to teach Seher a lesson through this interaction.
As the conversation unfolds, Nazima questions Husna about her insistence on bringing gifts, expressing skepticism about their quality. She believes that they will likely bring low-quality items that she wouldn’t even want to touch. Husna, however, is eagerly anticipating the moment when she can publicly humiliate them, revealing her vindictive side.
Wasim interjects, suggesting that instead of targeting Seher’s family, Husna should focus on getting Seher out of the house altogether. He argues that Seher is clever and poses a threat to their plans. He believes that she is the obstacle preventing Mahid from achieving his goal of becoming a Mufti. Mahid, confused by Wasim’s comments, asks him why he feels this way. Wasim explains that he had arranged for guests to come and discuss Ramadan preparations with Mahid, but Seher sent them away, thus ruining an excellent opportunity for him.
Mahid reflects on Wasim’s words and admits that he may have misunderstood Seher’s intentions. He recounts what actually transpired during the encounter, asserting that Seher saved him from potential danger rather than hindering him. Despite this, Mahid expresses his determination to find the girl who resembles his mother, vowing not to let her disrupt his peace of mind. He has even informed the police about the situation, indicating the seriousness of his resolve. Seher, concerned about Mahid’s emotional state, pleads with him to stop discussing the matter. Husna, sensing an opportunity, complains that Seher is preventing Mahid from expressing himself. Seher denies this accusation, fearing that Mahid will be reminded of his mother and lose control again.
Mahid reassures Seher that he is managing well, but Husna interjects, reminding Seher of her responsibilities as the daughter-in-law of the household. Seher promises to cook for everyone, hoping to contribute positively to the family dynamic.
Later, Safia informs Parvez that she can no longer handle cooking, raising concerns about how they will manage to arrange gifts for Seher’s in-laws. Parvez expresses his worry about Kausar, unsure of her whereabouts. Just then, Kausar confronts him, demanding to know about her second child. She questions him about her loss, and Parvez lies, telling her that the child died at birth. Kausar, furious at the deception, vows that she will not let him off the hook easily. If she discovers that he has been lying, she promises to tarnish his reputation in front of the Mufti.
Meanwhile, Seher decides to carry the food items to her room, wanting to protect her hard work from being ruined by others. Mahid approaches her, inquiring about her actions. Seher expresses her concern that he should not have informed his family about the girl who resembles his mother. When Mahid asks if she suspects his family is involved, Seher explains that only his family is aware of his vulnerabilities, suggesting that someone might be exploiting the situation for their benefit. Their conversation is interrupted when Dada Hozur enters, prompting Mahid to excuse himself.
In a more sinister turn, Husna secretly spikes Seher’s drinks, setting the stage for further conflict.
In the precap, Mahid attempts to wake Seher but finds himself unable to do so. Husna seizes the opportunity to humiliate Seher, showcasing her malicious intentions and deepening the tension among the characters. This sets the stage for what promises to be an explosive confrontation in the next episode.
