The episode begins with Kausar frantically searching for her daughter, Seher. During her search, she spots Mahid carrying Seher in his arms, which prompts her to stop him immediately. Filled with concern, Kausar demands to know what has happened to Seher. She insists that Mahid put her daughter down.
At this moment, Haider intervenes, questioning Mahid about his actions and demanding that he return Kausar’s daughter to her. Haider is incredulous, asking Mahid how he could overstep his boundaries in such a manner.
In response, Mahid asserts that Seher is his wife and that he has the right to hold her until they finalize their divorce. He further informs Kausar that Seher is bleeding and requires urgent medical attention, urging her to assist him in getting her to the hospital. Haider, still concerned, presses Mahid for details about what has happened to Seher, but Mahid leaves without answering.
Meanwhile, Sultana observes Kausar’s unusual behavior and feels compelled to take action regarding the DNA test results. She is at a loss for how to proceed. Farid, on the other hand, expresses his concern about the lies they have told to hide the truth from Amal, suggesting that it is not in their best interest to continue this deception.
He encourages Sultana to reveal the truth to Amal, but she refuses, insisting that she cannot easily move past the trauma they have endured. Farid argues that Sultana is distancing herself from the family and that it would be better to be honest with Amal, especially concerning Pervez, whom he describes as a poor father. He emphasizes that they are striving to provide a better future for Amal.
As the scene shifts back to the hospital, Mahid is seen admitting Seher, clearly worried about her condition. Kausar pleads with the doctor to do everything possible to save her daughter. The nurse approaches Mahid, asking him to sign the necessary forms.
Kausar interjects, reminding Mahid that they are in the midst of a divorce and that she is present to sign on Seher’s behalf. She demands that he keep his distance from her daughter, questioning how he could have discarded her from his life so easily.
Mahid insists that he does care for Seher and that her life is important to him. Kausar then pleads with Mahid to remove himself from Seher’s life. As Mahid gazes at Seher, his heart breaks at the sight of her condition, and he ultimately decides to leave the hospital.
Meanwhile, Dada Hozur is adamant about not taking his medicine, wanting to know what has transpired with Seher. He expresses frustration that no one has informed him about her situation. Haider tries to persuade Dada Hozur to take his medication. Later, a nurse informs Kausar that Seher has lost a significant amount of blood and requires a transfusion.
Back at home, Mahid returns, and Haider inquires about Seher’s condition. Mahid informs him that she is in the hospital and that her mother is there to care for her. Nazima, overhearing this, smiles, prompting Mahid to encourage her to express her happiness openly.
In a moment of anger, he shatters a mirror and confronts Nazima, accusing her of being shameless and lacking respect for him. He reminds her of the time she made him unconscious and took him to her room, leading Seher to believe there was an affair between them.
Husna pretends to scold Nazima for her actions, while Fatima reacts angrily, slapping her. Mahid then demands that Nazima leave his house, threatening to leave himself if she does not.
Meanwhile, Amal is troubled by a nightmare and insists on taking a DNA test. Later, Pervez calls Kausar to check on Seher, and she updates him on her condition before abruptly ending the call. Kausar then decides to donate her blood for Seher.
In the precap, Mahid is shown praying for Seher, feeling an ominous presence that something terrible may happen to her. A magician is seen attempting to harm Seher, adding to the tension of the unfolding drama.
