The episode opens with Kausar taking her daughter Sehar to meet Barkha, a family friend. Upon arriving, Kausar learns from Barkha’s staff that she is currently out. Determined to wait for her, Kausar settles in, hoping to discuss Sehar’s future. After a short while, Barkha arrives and greets them warmly. She quickly informs Kausar that she has already spoken to Fareed about the job opportunity for Sehar. Barkha reassures Kausar that since they are both doctors, money will not be an issue; they will offer Sehar a good salary. However, she adds that Sehar will also need to help with household chores, which she promises to oversee.
Meanwhile, Sehar is distracted, absorbed in reading the newspaper, and expresses her reluctance to accompany her mother and Barkha. Barkha tries to encourage her, explaining that she will only be gone for an hour and that she needs to return to deal with Parvez’s taunts. Kausar chimes in, emphasizing the importance of Sehar’s education and stating that she is willing to endure any punishment for her daughter’s sake. With that, Kausar and Barkha leave the house together.
Shortly after they depart, a customer arrives to meet Barkha. Sehar informs the customer that Barkha has gone out. The customer insists that it is urgent to deliver some materials, but Sehar, feeling overwhelmed and new to the area, admits that she doesn’t know where to go. The customer, however, insists that Sehar is educated and should be able to find her way. Despite Sehar’s protests, the customer pressures her to leave and find the location on her own.
Meanwhile, Amal returns home to find her mother, Sultana, packing her belongings. Sultana scolds Amal for entering the room without knocking, claiming she lacks basic manners. Amal, feeling frustrated, points out that Sultana is her mother, and she should be able to enter her own home freely. Noticing the packing, Amal inquires about where Sultana is going. Sultana lies, saying she is going to donate items. Amal then reveals that she scored poorly on her recent exam, which worries Sultana. She reassures Amal that her father is taking care of her education, but Amal insists that she needs a signature on her report card for her father to see.
Sultana expresses her frustration, stating that it is her husband’s responsibility to understand how their daughter is doing in school. Fareed, overhearing their conversation, checks Amal’s results and tries to console her. He encourages her to consider other professions if medicine isn’t working out for her. Amal feels defeated, believing she is a failure and does not belong in her family. Fareed notices her distress and tries to motivate her, but Sultana remains harsh, suggesting that the medical profession is not in Amal’s blood and that she is not cut out for it. She expresses a desire for her own child, indicating her disappointment in Amal.
Later, Mufti calls Parviz to discuss Sehar’s character, expressing his admiration for her. His friend praises Sehar, and Mufti decides he wants to propose to her for Mahid. He insists on meeting Sehar first to get to know her better, and Parviz agrees to arrange a meeting.
Meanwhile, Sehar is traveling in an auto-rickshaw, and as the passengers disembark one by one, the auto driver begins to display inappropriate behavior towards her. Unbeknownst to Sehar, he has ulterior motives. At the same time, Sultana meets with Kausar, reminiscing about her own delivery experience. She recalls how Parviz had hoped for a son but ended up with a daughter instead. During their conversation, Sultana receives a phone call from Roshini, discussing the possibility of undergoing IVF treatment. After some deliberation, Sultana agrees to proceed with the treatment in Delhi. Before leaving, she hands the house key over to Kausar, indicating her trust in her friend.
As Sehar continues her journey, the auto driver tries to misbehave with her. In a moment of desperation, Sehar fights back and manages to defend herself. Just then, Mahid arrives and comes to her rescue, although Sehar initially misunderstands his intentions. He offers her a lift, and Sehar, still wary, asks him to promise on the Quran that he will not take advantage of her. Mahid solemnly promises, reassuring her of his good intentions.
Later, Parviz returns home, eager to share the good news about Sehar with his family. However, Sofia informs him that Kausar and Sehar have gone out, leaving him to wait for their return.
In the preview for the next episode, Kausar learns about the alliance proposed for Sehar with Mahid. Distressed by this development, she pleads with her husband to cancel the engagement, fearing the implications it may have for Sehar’s future. The tension builds as Kausar grapples with the potential changes in their lives.
