The episode opens with Mahid dropping Sehar off at Fareed’s house. As she steps out of the car, Mahid follows her closely, prompting Sehar to confront him. She reminds him of his promise not to take advantage of her, warning him that if he continues to follow her, she will shout for help. Feeling threatened, she quickly runs into the safety of the house. Mahid, undeterred, enters Fareed’s clinic, where he encounters Fareed. However, the tension in the air is palpable, and Fareed seems unable to engage in a meaningful conversation with Mahid due to his own worries.
Inside the clinic, Sehar confides in Kausar about a goon who has been following her, clearly distressed by the situation. Meanwhile, Fareed learns from Kausar that Sultana has left the house, which adds to the growing tension. Kausar, feeling overwhelmed, decides that she will no longer work there but is interrupted by strange noises that catch her attention. At the same time, Parvez is trying to reach Kausar by phone, but Sofia is subtly instigating him against both Kausar and Sehar, fueling the conflict.
In another part of the clinic, Sehat notices Fareed’s father struggling to breathe. She quickly takes action, fixing an oxygen mask to him, showcasing her medical skills and concern for his well-being.
Back at home, Kausar notices her husband repeatedly calling her. She excuses herself to take the call, where he demands that she return home within ten minutes. Meanwhile, Sehar is in Fareed’s room, where she notices a body diagram on the wall. She takes the opportunity to mark the various organ parts, demonstrating her knowledge and attention to detail. Just as she finishes, Fareed gains consciousness and praises her for accurately pointing out the organs.
Kausar, now anxious to return home, informs Sehar that her father is insisting they come back immediately. She takes Sehar with her, eager to leave the clinic. Meanwhile, Mahid is speaking with a friend, revealing that he has noticed Fareed’s tension. He speculates that there must be a deeper reason for Fareed’s anger, suggesting that he might be the first to discover the source of Fareed’s distress. His friend mentions that their elder, referred to as dada, has arranged a surprise for Mahid, which they believe will help heal his wounded heart.
As the scene shifts, Mahid’s chacha is seen sifting through some papers, while Fatima expresses her concern for her husband’s health, emphasizing that it is her duty to take care of him. Aasma enters the scene and reveals that Maulana has arranged her wedding to Mahid. Fatima is overjoyed at the news, excited about the prospect of her son’s marriage.
However, Aasma’s father is not pleased with this arrangement. He firmly states that he cannot accept the marriage because he believes Mahid is too hyper and could ruin Aasma’s life. Aasma, determined, counters that she has known Mahid since childhood and knows how to handle him. Fatima chimes in, highlighting Mahid’s status as the Mufti’s son, suggesting that he could one day take over that position. Eventually, Aasma’s father relents, agreeing to the marriage after some persuasion.
Meanwhile, Kausar returns home, only to face her husband’s wrath for leaving without informing him. She fabricates a story, claiming she went to the mosque, but he insists she return home immediately, preventing her from praying as she intended. In a show of authority, he demands that she grind chili as punishment for her disobedience.
As the family gathers, Mufti announces to them that he has fixed Mahid’s wedding. Aasma is ecstatic upon hearing this news, but Mahid is taken aback when he hears Sehar’s name mentioned in connection to the wedding. Mufti explains that Sehar has only learned the Quran and will be obedient to her husband, which leaves Aasma heartbroken as she realizes her hopes may be dashed.
Later, Mufti calls Parvez to inform him about the wedding arrangement, sharing the news with his family, which adds to the brewing tension surrounding the upcoming nuptials.
In a dramatic precap, Mahid adamantly refuses to marry Sehar, creating a rift between them. However, Sehar steps up, determined to motivate Mahid and change his mind, setting the stage for further developments in their relationship.
